Newly built and tastefully decorated this cottage is in an excellent location for URI, Southern RI Beaches, Downtown Wakefield for countless dining and shopping opportunities. The Amtrack train station and bike path are nearby as well! This house is perfect for a small family or a couple that is looking to explore southern RI!

The house offers an open layout with a sectional sofa in the living room and a kitchen fully stacked with all of your cooking and dining necessities! The island has four comfortable stools with plenty of space to play games, enjoy meals, or just sip a cup of coffee and relax!

There is one private bedroom with a king size bed and a walk in closet. The living room also features a pullout couch to accommodate extra guests! A pack n play is available upon request.

- Pets are not allowed inside the house. We charge an additional $250 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets inside the home.

- When leaving the home, please turn off all lights and set heat to 68 degrees (or AC to 80 degrees)
