We were there for a three day family Xmas event so no time to explore the area. This was our first VRBO stay and found it very comfortable compared to staying in an hotel. We would stay again if going back to the area.

Property was clean and check in was simple. Great communication with the owner. I would stay at this property again. They have the most comfortable couch!

What a great house! Host was great communicator, and messages explained everything in detail. The house had everything that we needed. We had 4 adults and 2 teens and it was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of space and the back porch and fire pit were great areas. Outdoor shower looked great, but we didn’t use it as it is still too cold for swimming. Right down the road from CVS and Dunkin, and close to the beaches. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home that is well maintained. Wonderful location that is near the beach. Some of the local stores are closed over the winter season, but there were still plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby.

Our stay was awesome. Communication with host was wonderful. House was stocked with beach chairs, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen. We had dinner every night on the deck and the surroundings were beautiful. I will definitely look into this property again when I decide to vacation to Rhode Island.

Great Mother/Daughter Getaway

My sisters-in-law and our daughters had our annual getaway at this beautiful home. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Easy access to local vineyards and the beach. Would definitely go back again.

Lovely home. Very clean!! Only negative- Close to cell tower(?) just behind house. close to everything. Excellent communication with hosts! Nice stay!!

Great base for South RI Beaches

Clean, modern property with comfortable beds, good amenities and excellent location. Communications with owner were cordial with prompt responses to all questions. Property is midway between Kingston beaches and Westerly - very convenient. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

You will not be disappointed!

Such a great, cute house and in a perfect location! I rented this house for some family to stay for a weekend wedding. They were so happy and felt right at home. Will definitely rent from Lisa again.

Great property for a young family

This property was welcoming, clean, and perfect for our family of 5! Great yard area with grill and firepit , and a finished basement stocked with toys for little ones on rainy days. Quick drive to many local beaches. Owners were responsive and easy to deal with! Would recommend.

Thanks so much for your review. I wanted to let you know that we did disclose the Nest doorbell camera in our Welcome guide>Amenities>Electronics>Smart Devices. We also have a sign on the front door that states Nest. Unfortunately, the guest did not inform us that she was hosting an after prom party but left our home in great shape.
