- Amenity wristbands are required for access to all community amenities. Occupants under 6 years old do not have to wear a wristband to access any community amenities. Wristbands will be at the house upon arrival.

Game Room (Lower Level)
- Convertible poker table (can flip center into regular table for a game of cards or dining) with four chairs, Smart TV, propane fireplace, combination pool/air hockey/ping pong table and a variety of card and board games for you to enjoy (located in the black glass cabinet).
- Outdoor activities/supplies located in the game room closet.

Theater Room (Lower Level)
-Large, 6 person sectional with chaise lounge
-Sectional pulls out into queen sleeper sofa with Serta memory foam mattress
-Towel sets and Queen sheet set provided on laundry room shelf

- Holds up to six people and can be used year-round, day and night
- Gray, spa towels available on laundry room shelves

Covered Gazebo
- Features lounge area, outdoor TV, and overhead lighting
- Remote for outdoor TV located on shelf in the laundry room

Fire Pit
-The firepit is perfect at any time of day. Grab a book and read during the day, or cozy up with a blanket at night for s'mores.
-Firewood is not provided. You can grab a bundle on your way in at a roadside seller or grocery store.

Front Yard/Driveway
- Offers plenty of light at night - perfect for a late arrival or evening yard game
- The asphalt driveway is well illuminated at night and easy to drive on during the winter.

Community Amenities
Amenity wristbands are required for access to all community amenities. Occupants under 6 years old do not have to wear a wristband to access any of the amenities. Wristbands will be available upon arrival at the house from Memorial Day to Labor Day (purchased by host). Please reach out if you would like to purchase wristbands in the off season, each pass is $10 per person.
