Welcome to Mystic Fox Cabin, your ultimate getaway nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. Designed to offer you a haven of relaxation and accessibility. This spacious retreat is minutes away from Downtown Gatlinburg and provides you with the perfect home base to local attractions such as the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.

This 3,168 SF 4-bedroom 3-bathroom real log cabin has (2) levels and offers (2) step-free and wheelchair accessible entrances (32+" and 60+" wide) on the main level.

Main Level:
The main level is fully wheelchair accessible with an open-concept kitchen, living and dining area. You will also find a game/arcade room, theater room, laundry room, a large, enclosed porch with an exterior deck that houses a private hot tub with seasonal mountain views. The main level will have (2) wheelchair accessible King Suites which feature roll-in showers and shower seats with a 5-foot turning radius in both bathrooms and grab bars for the showers and toilets. The sinks are located outside the bathrooms for easy roll-under access and space. All doorways on the main level are 32" or wider.

Lower Level:
The lower level features a King Bedroom and a large sleeping area that share a full bathroom with shower. You will also find a second enclosed porch with a comfortable recliner and an outdoor patio with a 2-person egg chair.

• Age: All guests must be 23+, except for children with their parents.

• Occupancy: 12 Person Maximum, including children and infants.

• NO Smoking/Vaping of any substances on the property premises (indoors or outdoors).

• No parties or events are allowed.

• Quiet time is strictly enforced between 10 pm and 8 am.

• Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out.

• Airport: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 1-hour drive to our cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you’re coming to the Smokies.

• Roads: The road from the main road to the cabin is paved. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains. We highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.

• Parking: Park immediately in front of the cabin. Parking is available for up to 4 cars.

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. You will receive a unique door code ahead of your stay.

• Security Camera: A security camera is in place at the front of the cabin for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.

• Weather: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Hot Tub: Our tub will accommodate 5 people. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please refer to the hot tub rules posted on the patio for further details. Our housekeeper drains, cleans, and refills the hot tub before your stay; therefore, it may not be warm when you arrive.

• Outdoor Grill: A park-style charcoal grill is provided for your use. We do not provide firewood, charcoal, kindling or lighter. Please clean the ashes after use in the bucket provided.

• Trash: Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. Please always keep the bearproof trash containers closed and locked. City scheduled trash pick-ups are every Friday morning. For an extra fee, additional garbage pick-up can be organized during your stay. Please contact us a day ahead in order to allow enough time to organize additional service with our housekeeper.

• Critters: We subscribe to monthly pest control. However, this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears and snakes. Please practice bear safety. Remember to keep all doors (vehicle and cabin) locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear. Do not leave any food outdoors, including on the grill or in your car.

• Consumables: An initial set of supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, trash bag) are provided to begin your stay. Please note that we do not have a daily housekeeping service and will not be able to restock these supplies during your stay.

• Swimming Pool, Bowling, Gym, Basketball, etc. available at the Gatlinburg Community Center for a small fee. 10 min drive to the center.
