Cette maison lumineuse et balnéaire est située dans une rue calme avec de nombreuses mises à jour récentes. Profitez de votre café du matin sur la terrasse ou promenez-vous au coin de la boulangerie Woolfie pour des friandises pour le petit-déjeuner. Ensuite, passez une journée à profiter de l'eau chaude de Nantucket Sound sur la plage de Sea Street, à seulement 5 minutes à pied. À la fin de la journée, retirez-vous dans la cour privée pour vous détendre et rincer sous la douche extérieure après une journée de soleil et de sable. Commodités mises à jour, y compris climatisation centrale, laveuse / sécheuse et lave-vaisselle. Perfect Location

Great stay and as advertised. Check in and check out process was seamless. The location is so convenient. Close to the local Dennisport favorites and not a far drive to Harwich or Chatham. Excellent overall!

wonderful house with a great outdoor shower , plenty of games for kids and plenty of room, great outdoor space. We went for cape cod baseball and the house is centrally located . owners were great and responded quicky with my questions witch i could have probably answered my self if i read the instructions and check in on the fridge :)

Highly Recommend

This rental is wonderful! It has everything you could possibly want, including a lot of kid friendly amenities. The backyard is a great place to spend time after going to the beach. We ate almost every meal on the patio and enjoyed making smores over the firepit at night. It's an easy walk to the beach and very close to many delicious dining options. We loved our stay. This is our 3rd time here and we will be back!!

Family Vacation

We had such a great time! We stayed at this cottage a couple of years ago and loved it then, but this time it was even better! The upgrades were awesome, especially the central air, beds and living room couch!! The walk to the beach was easy (we did it with a 1 year old and 4 year old). Being able to use Julie's wagon, beach cart, chairs, etc. along with all of the other kid friendly things made it such a comfortable and stress free stay. We highly recommend this listing. Julie is awesome and is always available to answer questions!! Outdoor space is private and perfect for letting the kids run free and for spending vacation nights outside. The firepit and outdoor shower were two of our favorite amenities. We hope to be back for a stay very soon!!

Great house in a great location!

The house is in a great central location to get to any part of the Cape. The house has all the beach equipment, a great backyard with an outdoor shower and fire pit. Julie was so easy and wonderful to communicate with! Right around the corner is a really delicious bakery called Wolfies and down the street are restaurants, ice cream and mini golf! It’s only a 7 min walk to the beach from the house in a really cute neighborhood. I would highly recommend this house to anyone but it’s also perfect for families. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect get away home

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. Everything about this house was set up and thought out perfectly. Everyone had anything that we might have needed! It was clean and organized. Perfect location for any adventure you want while on your trip, and if you want to spend the time at home you have all you need for rain or shine.

The perfect Cape Cod spot

Adorable, perfectly decorated and well thought out! This house was everything we hoped for and more! From the 6 pronged phone charging station to the endless list of places to go, this place has it all. Fully stocked cabinets and everything you could want or need for the beach was also a plus. Loved the outside cooler too! We loved the 3 seasons porch and patio and even though it was a little chilly at times, we took most of our showers outside! Really a great location, with Woolfies around the corner and the beach so close down the street. Our one MINOR issue, was that we ended up spending a good amount of time folding and putting away laundry in addition to making all the beds. Not a big deal, but most places we've stayed at least ask you to just leave clean linens for the maid service, which we did pay additional for and yet still made the beds. All in all a GREAT experience and we will definitely be coming back!

Charming, well appointed, comfortable cottage close to everything!

This was a great cottage for our family of 5, which includes 3 teenagers. Very comfortable beds, roomy couches, great sunroom (our favorite room!) We really enjoyed the outdoor living area and the grill is excellent!! The owners go above and beyond what you would expect at the cottage. All condiments, kitchen and bathroom paper goods, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and more were provided. Great a/c and very close to beach. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, sheets too. We didn't want for anything! Dennisport is a great mid-Cape location, so much to do with in a half hour drive, in any direction. There is great ice cream nearby, a great morning bakery 2 doors down, and a little mini golf spot around the corner. You MUST go to The Kreme and Kone for seafood. Trust me! Great food, fried or broiled, not greasy, good size portions, friendly service and reasonable prices! Seriously, there is a reason this place has an entire wall covered in accolades! PSA: There is a Dunkies and a Honey Dew Donut next door to each other, just a few minutes away. Besure to get your coffee at Dunkies and your donuts at Honey Dew. We can't say enough about this great cottage! We will definitely return! The only thing I would make sure you know is the upstairs is one big room. A "bedroom" with 2 beautiful daybeds and a trundle on one side and the other side is set up like a tv room, with a full size futon. There is no divider to seperate the 2 areas, to provide privacy if someone is going to sleep on the futon. But really, that is not a complaint, just something to know ahead of time. You should not hesitate to rent this cottage!! Communication with the owners was excellent as well. We can't wait to come back!

Not sure how anyone could rate this anything but 5 stars.

Really great property. Everything was in great shape. There were 3 kids and 3 adults in our party. The kids were able to use the beds in the spacious upstairs and the adults had the two bedrooms on the main level. The place was clean and everything was in working order. The outdoor shower was outstanding. The backyard was great to relax in. The location was terrific. We could walk to the beach. There were two wagons in the shed we could use when my kids got lazy. We could also use the wagons to carry beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. that were provided by the owners. We also could walk to ice cream, coffee, and restaurants but were only a short drive to the major grocery store in town. The place had everything you needed. I don't have visibility right now to what others have rated this property but I would love to see how someone could justify rating this anything but a 5. Any person that finds significant issues with this property must live a very sad and pathetic life!

Very adorable Cape home perfect for our group!

We loved every bit of this house. It had a great location and was perfect for our group. The back yard was wonderful to hang out in, enjoy each others company, and grill. Anything needed was in the house, ready to go. We are planning our next Cape trip and would love to stay here again.

The property was great! The owners really embrace being outside, the back yard was awesome for entertaining or just relaxing. Nicely decorated and has everything you'd need. Perfect location, and the short walk to Sundae School was the perfect ending to all our days. Would love to return next year.

Great place that although small still had everything a house should have.

It was cozy house that even though it looks small is enough to be confortable in. The arrangement is well done and is pleasing. Thwre was everything that we needed and we were able to enjoy our stay very much. It ia close to the beach which was great, we could enjoy a great view of the sunset in a matter of a few steps. Overall the house was great, we had what we needed and where able to spend a great few days there.

Cozy, clean, well supplied, great central location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed, from pots/pans to board games. Very close to Sea Street Beach (only a 2 minute bike ride) and convenient location to many different breakfast places and restaurants. It was great to have a grill with well supplied propane in the backyard too to cook for the meals we did not eat out and a nice seating arrangement for meals and lounging. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and easy. :)

Absolutely perfect!

The house was wonderful. We had 8 girls for a relaxing bachelorette and this house had everything. Enough sleeping room, room to hang out, the backyard was stunning! Used the grill, the fire pit, and sat outside all weekend, plus the outdoor shower and decorations give it such a perfect beach feel! Would definitely come back!

WOW factor with all your wants and needs!

I can't say enough about how much I loved this property. They have truly taken the time and thought of everything, including an amazing outdoor area and little things you'd never think a rental would have. Beach gear, endless cookware and a baby monitor so I could actually relax in the gorgeous back yard. A quick walk to great eating and entertainment. House was incredibly maintained and clean and the added features were a HUGE plus! I would definitely recommend and stay again!
