The Space:
This spacious 3-story home sits at the end of a road on a peaceful cul-de-sac that will add a special touch of privacy to your mountain getaway. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play and more than enough indoor space to accommodate the entire family. A flight of steps at the front of the home leads up to the main level entrance, or you can drive around to the back of the home for easy single-step access. The main floor features an open style layout with a full kitchen, featuring a new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, dining area, and living room with a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, WiFi, and DVD/VHS players. The dining and living room areas have sliding glass doors to the home`s raised front deck with a picnic table and ample outdoor seating. Off of this great room, you will find a full bath, laundry room, and two of the home`s bedrooms- one with a King bed and the other with a Queen bed and a bunk. The top level is devoted to a large master suite with a King bed, a full private bath with tub/shower, and a TV with a DVD player. The downstairs level features a whole host of fun with its sitting area, cable TV, and separate game room with foosball, ping-pong table, and dart board. The home`s final bedroom is also located on this level with a Queen bed and attached full bath.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain, we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, firewood, etc. We provide linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dishcloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.

Other Things to Note:
Parking for up to 4 cars in driveway. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot.
