Cozy Cottage in Amenity Filled Hideout - Perfect All Seasons Lake Retreat

Relax in this tasteful cozy home, tucked away in the Hideout! The Hideout is a four season, amenity filled community in the Poconos. There is plenty to do within the gated community itself, with lakes, pools, beaches, fishing, tennis, pickleball, golf course, fitness center, recreational center, hiking trails, ski hill with ski lift, tubing, game room, art/pottery center, tikibar and a club house.

Outside of the Hideout, there are even more activities and adventure destinations, including Lake Wallenpaupack, ski hills (Montage, Camelback, Big Boulder, Jack Frost), and water parks (Kalahari, Camelback, and Great Wolf Lodge).

Looking for a more low-key retreat? Kick back and relax in nearby wineries and breweries, hike some scenic trails, eat and shop in historic towns like Hawley, Honesdale and Scranton.

This beautiful cottage is just two hours away from NYC and Philly. It features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can sleep up to 9 people. There are three sitting areas: a living room, a sun room and a loft space. The loft space includes a sofa bed, giving your party ample space to rest and relax.

There will be a registration form required to be filled out at least 3 days prior to your arrival for gate access. All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. There are no exceptions to this community requirement. There is a central trash facility for all owners and guests to use located within a 2 minute drive from the house.

Amenities can be closed at the discretion of the Property Owners Association. This is not within the homeowner's control. We will not offer refunds or discounts for any amenity closures, including lake access or weather conditions.
