“Drop Anchor” a cheerful and spacious residence

Drop Anchor is a 2 bedroom spacious residential home on the “Quietside” of Mount Desert island.
You will be 5 minutes from Acadia National park. Bass Harbor headlight, Ship Harbor, Wonderland, and Seawall picnic area. Bar harbor is a 20 minute drive.
Nearby is Archies lobster pound, Hansen’s seaside takeout (both walkable) and by car Thurstons lobster pound. And Seafood ketch. There are many other options in the neighboring town of Southwest Harbor.
The two story house is private with a backyard fire pit. While the home is exclusively yours, the property itself also has another studio rental and owners living quarters across the driveway. We promise to be respectful neighbors;) please note this is a pet friendly property! We do have dogs that we keep with us at all times, but you might see on the property.
The kitchen has recently been updated with all new appliances and paint. The bedrooms have new mattresses, and fresh coats of paint throughout.
The two bedrooms are located in the second floor along with two of the three bathrooms. The master bedroom king sized bed is a high off the ground four poster bed. The other bedroom has a regular style queen sized brand new bed.
