Summary:
The Crosswinds community is a short walk from Blue Mountain Resort. As a guest, you can access shuttle service at multiple points to enjoy all that Blue Mountain Village has to offer, without the hassle of finding parking!
The Space:
Indigo Peaks Chalet is a spacious, beautifully decorated townhome with a open-concept main floor making it ideal for hanging out with your entire group. The kitchen is fully equipped to prep a meal with seating at the large island. In addition there is a dining room table to host large groups for meals together. There is also a laundry room on the main floor including a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.
The living room features a gas fireplace, the perfect spot to relax after a fun day skiing or exploring Blue Mountain. Need more space, head down to the finished basement to watch TV, play foosball or relax on the comfortable sectional.
The second floor features a large Master Suite with a king-sized bed, TV, seating area, and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features a double and single bed. The kids will love the fourth bedroom, with two fun and cozy bunkbeds. The second floor also includes an additional bathroom with a shower bathtub combo.

Newly constructed Executive Townhome that boosts views of Blue Mountain with easy access to the activities in the Village.
Getting Around:
The unit comes with parking for 2 cars. There is a designated driveway spot that fits 1 car and an additional 1 parking spot in the garage. As guests of the property you have access to the free on demand shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village. You will not need a car to access all the amenities at Blue.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5-10 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the property. You are within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.
Other Things to Note:
Occupancy limit is 10 Guests - Fines between $500 -$1000 can be issued by by-law if the occupancy limit is exceeded.
There is parking for a maximum of 2 cars. The Garage MUST be used as one of the 2 parking spaces along with the driveway. This is a requirement of the STA licence Bi-Law and must be followed or risk of getting a ticket or by-law infraction.

We will be available anytime to help with questions or anything needed by the Airbnb App, text or phone.
