This was a beautiful spot for our annual family "girls trip". We range from age 14-70 and we all enjoyed everything about the condo sea colony, and of course Bethany Beach. We have been enjoying this vacation for 20 years. Our host was so helpful with check in process, etc. It was seamless. The unit was beautifully decorated and warmly welcomed us in evry way. The amenities were exceptional and we were totally comfortable the entire week.

We had the BEST weekend at Stacy’s property! We have stayed in multiple condos at Sea Colony and this is absolutely our favorite! So many little details were considered - lots of kitchen equipment, a Brita pitcher in the fridge, tons of extra towels and toiletries. My personal favorite detail is a retractable clothesline in each shower to dry wet bathing suits! The beds were super comfortable. Communication with Stacy was 10/10. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful condo! The owners have added little touches. I have not seen in other rentals we have used in the past. Little things like the Keurig cups for the coffee maker, soaps, and all paper goods. The furnishings are all brand new and it looks like a model home. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Very comfortable place and furnished wonderfully. We had some ugly weather and found ourselves in the room a bit more than expected but the place was extremely comfortable and allowed us to feel right at home. Parking is great. Access to beach and pools is perfect. View is wonderful. Complex and community are also great.

Steve and I have been enjoying Bethany Beach with our family for over a decade. About six years ago, we discovered Sea Colony and instantly fell in love. Since then, we've made it our tradition to visit as much as possible.
