Very difficult and dishonest guest whom I would never host again. She messed up the check in date herself, arrived one day earlier than expected, put me in panic, but I tried to offer help to find another place for one night. And stairs are shown clearly on all the pictures. The couch is in useable condition, the pull out bed is broken by a previous guest, and I've ordered a new one (BTW, it's replaced already). Since they only have 5 ppl, and the place is a 3 bedroom for 6ppl, I didn't expect them to use the pull out bed. But if they need, I do have a spare foldable bed she can use. As for the refund, since you messed up the date yourself, I could choose not to refund you at all based on the policy. But I was nice enough and agreed to provide you a full refund of one night. VRBO, unlike Airbnb, does not refund automatically, so I called them and waited in long line to reach them for the refund. She did receive the email from VRBO for the confirmation, and she acknowledged it. Which she didn't mention in the review at all. Never would host this guest again.
