Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness very seriously and thoroughly clean the home between every stay. The pool and pool area are also professionally serviced on a regular basis, including vacuuming and proper chemical treatment. We’re sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. We did not receive any messages from you whatsoever during your stay, so unfortunately we were not aware of any concerns and did not have an opportunity to address them. We only wish you had shared more details with us so we could have looked into them right away. That said, thank you for reaching out after your stay and for your interest in rebooking Prime Villa.
