Welcome to our condo at Northern Bay Resort & Golf Course - a full recreation property on Castle Rock Lake in beautiful Adams County! Relax in the spacious 1689 sq-ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom stairless retreat that sleeps up to 13 guests. Short walk to the resort quality amenities including swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis, on-site golf, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, playground, grills, fitness center, private beach on Castle Rock Lake, swim raft, fishing, pontoon rentals and Tiki Bar. 23,000 acre full sports and recreation lake. A/C and gas fireplace included for your comfort. Boat launch and trailer parking on-site.
Living Space:
Our condo has a large living space with kitchen and dining area. Kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking and entertaining needs. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 stools at the kitchen counter. The patio overlooks the first green with an outdoor dining table that seats 4 and 2 additional seats.
Bedrooms/Sleeping Space:
There are three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and in-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom includes two bunk beds â sleeps 5 â twin/twin, full/twin. TVs with cable and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. The living room has two pull-out couches that each sleep 2.
Parking:
Free parking at the condo (one spot in front of garage) and nearby.
Extras:
In unit washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, pack-in-play, high chair, booster seat, iron/ironing board, bath towels, beach towels, swim noodles.

The Castle Course 18-hole Championship golf course featuring one-of-a-kind replicas of some of golf's most celebrated holes, including Augusta National, TPC Sawgrass, Firestone, Oakland Hills, Oakmont, and Bay Hill! Watch golf from the onsite Island View Pub and Grille Restaurant.

Hi and welcome to Northern Bay Resort! Jim and I live in Milwaukee but have enjoyed spending time at our Northern Bay Resort place with friends and family since 2019. We love to go boating and hanging out on a sand bar on hot summer days. We also enjoy hiking. Weâve taken many friends and family to climb the 300 steps at Roche a cri State Park to see the views from above - a favorite in the Fall. We also like Petenwell Bluff - itâs a little more strenuous hiking but worth the view of Castle Rock Lake and the Petenwell Dam. There is so much to do for all ages. We hope you enjoy Northern Bay as much as we do!

We have hosted several family reunions at Northern Bay Resort with as many as 25 people staying in 3 condos. What we like about Northern Bay Resort is that you can host a large group of people where there are things to do for all ages. Activities include: golfing, boating, hiking, kayaking, fishing, swimming in the pool and lake, Pickleball, tennis, sand volleyball, yard games, card games, basketball, playground, dancing at the Tiki bar, watching the sun set over Castle Rock Lake and so much more.

Our property is great because itâs off the beaten path yet just steps from the pool, hot tub, playground, volleyball, tennis/Pickleball, basketball court and grilling area. Our condo is in a quiet area overlooking the 1st green of Northern Bayâs premier golf course.
