Home #1 went through an extensive renovation in 2023. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms open floor plan with an extra living space. In the backyard you will find a beautiful large private deck. The deck has an outdoor dining table, a grill for cooking, and plenty of room to spread out. Relax and enjoy the wonderfully landscaped yard with a large 9 foot privacy fence. The backyard is anchored by a historic live oak tree that has grown in a unique way since Hurricane Gracie in 1959.
Home #2 next door has been updated with 3 bedrooms that are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Home #2 also has a beautiful private backyard with a large deck and outdoor furniture.
Both Homes have fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. The dining tables offer room for group meals. Both living rooms are cozy and feature a mounted flat screen TV`s. Each home is equipped with a washer & dryer.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
