Villa was comfortable, clean, and centrally located. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the expert recommendations and concierge service provided by Diego and team! Also, fantastic bird watching and view of Arenal right on the property.

Amazing Arenal condo with pool and view

Our family enjoyed this new and modern condo at the base of Arenal. With its own pool and hot tub this was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of excursions. Kitchen had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the large screen tvs with all the streaming services.

Great location! Close enough to La Fortuna that it was convenient without being “in town”. The outback adventure company right next door was fantastic. The whole family had a blast. The property was very well kept and the unit was stocked with everything we needed and beyond to enjoy a comfortable stay. The pool and views made it even better. Staff were friendly and great communicators.

Fun in Arenal

We just finished a great stay at this condo. Great place and communications with the managers. Would stay again. Plenty of options to eat and grab coffee within walking distance. Only issue is that there is a lot of construction nearby that starts early (6am) and is loud.

Incredible views! Beautiful, modern villa with all amenities. Hot tub on deck with amazing volcano vista. Close to great excursions, far enough away from hustle & bustle of city. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous villa with beautiful views!

This was one of the best properties I have stayed in so far. The views were amazing. The maintenance and cleanliness of the property was 5 star. Daily cleaning service was a great add on, we came back everyday to a clean house. Spacious for 2 families. Highly recommend. Will return to stay when we are in Costa Rica in the future.

Property team was great help

We enjoyed this new townhome. The management team was Very helpful with the locating of the home( it was challenging for us) the check in, and dinner reservations. They also coordinated a driver to take us to and from dinners. The only downside was that there is construction all around and it starts really early in the morning and goes all day.

Perfect stay for our first visit to Costa Rica

Our villa was beautiful. Well appointed, comfortable, and as pretty as the pictures in the listing. Diego and Andrea were very responsive, and provided prompt and thorough communication. We appreciated the detailed descriptions and videos before we arrived, and qr codes in the house to access instructions for amenities like the hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and it was fun to pass food through to the outdoor seating by the pool. We were close to all the activities we planned for in the La Fortuna/Arenal area. We’d love to return one day.

Such a beautiful, clean and comfortable stay. The view was unbelievable. We were lucky enough to see the top of Arenal Volcano for 3 days straight which we heard is incredibly rare! Perfect location, everything was near, including La Fortuna restaurants, Hot Springs, La Fortuna waterfall, night walk tour. my kids were comfortable in their own room and enjoyed access to Netflix on the TV's to unwind after a long day. Our kids also appreciated the games that were available like clue and guess who! there were beach chairs as well available in the laundry room to take along with us in the car if we needed it. There were also extra towels that we were able to take with us when we went to the waterfalls. It was helpful to have the kitchen for a quick breakfast and snacks and was also helpful to have laundry. There is a great brunch spot called coffee time right beside the villa. I will highly recommend a spot to all my friends and family will company be coming to Costa Rica.

Loud neighbors

Overall the place was great. However very thin walls so you will definitely hear your neighbors if you have folks staying next to your unit. We had very loud neighbors on our last night and they did not care how loud they were. There is construction going on behind the unit so you are also dealing with other noises.

Our stay was simply amazing! The view of the volcano was absolutely incredible, and we loved the property's modern design and upscale décor. Everything was impeccably clean, well organized, and incredibly spacious.The information provided before our arrival was thorough and very helpful, making check-in and our stay completely stress-free. We especially appreciated the recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants—they helped us make the most of our time in the area. Even the video tutorials explaining entry procedures and how to use the appliances were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in the La Fortuna area.
