Relax House is an ideal place to rest and enjoy surrounded by nature and spectacular views.
We have a pool with children's play area, BBQ ranch, terrace, balcony, jacuzzi, mini bar and gardens visited by tropical birds and views of the spectacular Arenal Volcano, all surrounded by peace and tranquility in harmony with nature.
Our facilities are located in a private condominium, with a security guard and restricted access with a remote opening gate. Also we have private spot inside the property for parking 1-2 cars.

Contamos con Piscina con área de juegos para niños, rancho BBQ, terraza, balcón, jacuzzi, mini bar y jardines visitados por aves tropicales y con vistas al espectacular Volcán Arenal, todo esto rodeado de paz y tranquilidad en armonía con la naturaleza.

Nuestras instalaciones se encuentran en un condominio privado, con guarda de seguridad y acceso restringido con portón de apertura remota. También contamos con espacio privado dentro de la propiedad para parquear 1-2 Vehiculos!)

On our own, we were havinga hard time finding the property. Once we connwcted with Kaylor, it was easy breezy. Property was super. Private with rooms up and down, nice kitchen 2.5 baths and great outside dining. We really enjoyed having the use of the hot tub. Came in extra handy after a Waterfall hike. Grounds we well maintains with assortment if flowers and bushes. Thanks Kaylor, we'll be back!!!!

Everything was great. By far the best host I’ve dealt with. Was given very detailed instructions upon checking in. Literally had no questions from start to finish. The house was close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay.

All the check-in information worked. Just would have liked it a couple days sooner as our phone batteries were drained from our day of driving. Kitchen had all that was needed. Loved the outdoor eating area and sky chairs to lounge in. The room was comfortable. The host was immensely helpful and kind!

Great stay

This is a really cool place to stay with a truly unique layout great for the warm weather in the region. Our family enjoyed the hot tub and the opportunity to sit up on the deck. Has all the expected amenities of a well run VRBO. And really detailed communication from the host make everything easy.

Relax house was perfect. Nice quiet location. Perfect spot to hang out and chill and was also close to a lot of stuff we wanted to do. The volcano view was awesome.

Great for the price!

We were only there for just over 12hrs. It was a good stay while we were there. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. It was a bit difficult being a family of 5 but we made it work. Loved the desk with the swings.

The name of this property holds up to its name! My stay was perfect as I used it for a retreat, taking advantage of the many views of the volcán on a clear day and the serene garden. About 15 mins from La Fortuna centro, you will find this place down a gravel road. It is in a quiet gated community and a store nearby. The outdoor area is spacious and wonderful for entertaining. I also found it quite peaceful to walk down to the river!! The space was very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed including containers for leftover food, coffee, salt and pepper. The bedroom came equipped with hangers, hair dryer, and iron. The only feedback to give is that the floor as it can be very slippery when raining so be cautious!

Great value

We loved this rental, it was everything and more. We did not realize the jacuzzi was enclosed with the rental. We were 15 minutes from la fortuna but that was not a problem for us, it was an easy drive and it was nice to be away from all of the histle and buatle of the town. Def would come here again. So mixh room for a great price

La Fortuna and Adrenal National Parks

We had 3 adults and 4 kids setting at a Relax Home. Rooms are crowded when more than 3 people stay in a room. The Host was excellent at responding quickly to any questions we had. Arrival and departure instructions were excellent. Relax home is about a 15 minute drive to the town of Fortuna but has a grocery store and restaurants nearby if you choose to not drive into Fortuna. Great location for visiting Adrenal and Fortuna National Parks.

Very safe place

We felt very safe with a gated quiet community with a guard on routine walks. Never spoke to him, but you could see him in the distance or late night patrol. Never felt like he was looking, just felt safe.The place was different for us with the outside living room and kitchen was like a bar, very cool.

Great getaway

The house was just as described. Loved sitting out on the swing chairs in the morning. Beds were comfortable. Only thing I would have liked were some washcloths with the towels.

Loved our stay

Beautiful place. Room and kitchen have one entrance on the main floor. Second bedroom upstairs accessed from outside stairway. Separate coded locks for the rooms. Excellent communication and response from the host.

Everything we needed for a quiet getaway

Our family had a great time at Relax House - the neighborhood is very quiet and an easy 15-minute drive into town. Our host communicated with us in advance to prepare the best sleeping arrangements for our kids and gave thorough instruction via WhatsApp on property access and amenities, though I wish we hadn’t arrived after dark, as it made it a bit trickier to find the home (but that’s on us). And the hot tub was SUCH a nice perk!

Great property with beautiful view of Arenal Volcano. The drive to La Fortuna was only 15 minutes away and was only 3-5 minutes away from several local grocery stores. Communication was perfect and very easy to understand check in and check out process. A/C was a huge plus. Property would be good for a group of 4 with plenty amenities (bbq, hot tub, pool, kitchen, etc).I would recommend this spot.

Excellent, quiet with great views, with a caveat

Loved the property. Plenty of space with great views and every amenity you could really ask for. Something that you should be aware of is that the location of the property is not accurately reflected in the listing at the time of our stay. We selected this location with the hope that it was right next to the center of La Fortuna as was shown on the listing map. This was not the case and it was instead a 15 minute drive. We were hoping to walk to the town but that wasnt possible. Otherwise, the stay was great!

The house was perfect for a family of three. It had a wonderful view of the volcano. It was lovely to sit on the porch and drink coffee in the morning. The property manager messaged with additional details the night before our stay began. His information was very helpful. When planning the stay for our needs, I based the VRBO location on what it states in the listing map provided. This is not correct representation of house location. It says it is one min walk to restaurants, etc. it is at least a ten min drive in to town. It worked out for us in the end. Otherwise, a very lovely stay. Thank you.

Family Trip

This property was sufficient for our family stay. The kids enjoyed the community pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen was very small for cooking and the lower bedroom smelled very musty anytime it was not aired out. The open air living was fun, but we all missed having a comfy place to hang out. The views of the volcano are great and the hammock swings on the balcony are a fun spot to have morning coffee. We didn’t think the property was too far from the action but we also had a rental car. Overall this spot worked okay for our family. I’m not sure how 8 people could ever fit though. If you have kids just know that the bedrooms are one up and one down and the doors to get in each bedroom are outside. We felt safe but that could be tricky with little ones.

This is the SPOT!

From the very beginning ,communication and instructions on how to get there and gain entry was very clear.Keylor is a great host and attentive throughout the entire stay if you need him.There is absolutely nothing out of place or out of order so if there were any doubts just reach out.We saw hummingbirds,and many different birds while there,the jacuzzi was great to relax and the peace and quiet was thething we were looking forward to and received.this was our first trip to Costa Rica and because of the great hospitality,views,and culture we will be returning and definitely staying here once again.THANK YOU Keylor for reminding us that THIS is the true dream we all look for and deserve.

Cute and Cozy

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the relax house. It was the first place we stayed in after arriving in Costa Rica, and with the quaint little neighborhood and locked gates to the neighborhood and the house, we felt completely safe and comfortable. It is such a cute place and looks exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It did end up being just a little bit farther from town then I thought it was going to be, but we ended up liking the location even better than staying right in the middle of La Fortuna. We had a rental car and didn’t mind a little extra driving. We didn’t cook while there, so I can’t speak about the appliances, but it did seem well stocked if we did want to cook while there. The one thing I would suggest is that the owners would provide some washcloths along with the towels. Although the house is in a neighborhood, the house felt very private as the yard was totally surrounded with tall shrubs so you could enjoy the outdoor area and the hot tub with complete privacy. The host gave very detailed instructions for check-in as well as check-out and communication was very easy through WhatsApp. Overall, we did love the relax house and would stay again if in the area.

Beau sejour

Lhebergement est bien place et que dire de la cour qui est superbe. Il y avait des petits details, le coffre de sécurité ne fonctionnait pas, il manquait doreilliers, etc.Ce ne sont que des petits details mais outre ceci je vous recommande l'hébergement.
