Welcome to Condo C6 – your private waterfront, Caribbean escape nestled in the secure, gated community of The Yacht Club, Turtle Cove, Providenciales. This beautifully maintained one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo was once a seasonal getaway and is now open to guests seeking relaxation, romance, and a taste of island life.

Previously listed with multiple 5-star reviews, this second-floor unit offers stunning sunset views over the Turtle Cove Marina, swaying palm trees, and well-manicured tropical gardens—all just a short walk from world-famous Grace Bay Beach and the peaceful Turtle Cove community.

This spacious condo accommodates up to 2 adults and features a king-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, a cozy dining area for four, and a living space that opens to a private, water-facing balcony—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.

This unit and the complex it is in are both extremely well maintained. Location is great with short walk to beach and three bars and restaurants within a short walk as well.View is terrific from back deck. Spacious for one bedroom. The owner Wayne was most hospitable. We look forward to returning.

Relaxing Getaway

Stayed for a week in February and highly recommend this listing as well as the hosts. Wayne was super responsive and helpful. We had no issues during our stay and were provided with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The porch has amazing views of the water and the pool was awesome to lounge at. Some great restaurants within walking distance, and easy access/parking to the yacht club. We rented a car (which I'd recommend) and were able to get everywhere within 10 minutes. Huge thanks to Wayne & Nancy for hosting us and we highly recommend staying here!

Great condo, great location!

Finally we get to stay at Wayne's! This is very much an owners condo and as such is well cared for. We found it perfect for two - very comfortable, well appointed and a wonderful view of the harbour from the balcony. The pool has the best loungers on Provo! and is quiet and peaceful with views of the boats and gardens. Situated in Turtle Cove the Yacht Club is an ideal address for two of the best restaurants on the island - Tiki Hut and Mango Reef. We usually rent a villa but staying at the Yacht Club felt very safe, centrally located and luxurious. We hope Wayne and Nancy will let us stay again.

Awesome condo!

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo for our 25th wedding anniversary. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The owners had spices, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. for our use. The condo is very large and roomy with a wonderful balcony looking over the Turtle Cove Marina. It was great to watch the megayachts going in and out. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds immaculate. You can walk to many amazing restaurants around the marina. The beach is a very easy walk with a beautiful reef and no big resorts, just a few villas. Wish we were still there!!!! Thanks, Wayne

Great 1st time visit to TCI

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turtle Cove. In planning our vacation we wanted a water or ocean view, beaches/restaurants we could walk to and it was a plus that we were a little ways away from the resorts. Wayne and Nancy's condo at Turtle Cove delivered all of this. Spacious condo with balcony with a well stocked kitchen for cooking in if you wanted to and the beach and snorkel gear was a huge plus to have on hand. There were 2 access points to the beach and snorkeling only 5-10 minute walk away, and a variety of restaurants based around the marina that all offered delicious food. The property and pool at the Yacht Club were very pleasant and it was fun to watch the boats coming and going. The rest of the island was easy to access by car from Turtle Cove and the grocery store was just minutes away. We highly recommend this property!

Perfect spot!

We stayed the first week of February 2015. Not only is this property exactly as portrayed - but it is more! The condo sits on a peaceful marina that is a joy to sit and soak up with a cocktail or morning coffee. We loved the Turtle Bay location - it felt central to exploring the island but tucked away from any hustle and bustle or tourist vibe. The beach (and reef with good snorkeling) are walking distance. There is great restaurant variety all in walking distance with pretty views. The pool is pristine. Owners are very kind and provided great tips for our vacation. The place was immaculate and generously stocked. It was loaded with extras like snorkel gear, sand chairs, beach umbrella, bags and anything you need to grill, blend or cook; we also found dominos, scrabble and cards, PERFECT vacation/romantic spot for us.

Holiday everything I dreamed it to be!!

Just spent a fabulous 9 days in this condo. It is everything that the description says and more. Wayne met us upon our arrival and helped out with a glitch we were having with the Wifi. He then offered to take us to the IGA for groceries. He gave us tons of excellent info about where to eat, what to do, where to go. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The pool was quiet and relaxing. We spent most of our time at Smith Reef....a short walk there, excellent snorkelling and a very quiet beach. Our vacation couldn't have been any better. Thanks Wayne & Nancy for the gift upon arriving and for opening your doors to us. Loved it

Perfect vacation getaway!

Thank you Wayne and Nancy so much for sharing your warm and beautiful home with us! We couldn't imagine a better location for our stay on Turks and Caicos and we hope to return one day in the future:):):). The home was very well designed, spacious and in pristine condition and had everything we could possibly need available for our use (beach chairs and towels, snorkeling equipment, grill, dishes, washer-dryer-dishwasher, books-TV's-DVD movies, even fresh flowers on the DR table and a snack in the frig!). The king sized bed was comfy, Pete and I loved each having our own bathroom (a rare treat!) and we most especially enjoyed beginning and ending each day sitting on the balcony looking out at the beautiful marina view! Being able to walk to different restaurants every night was another fantastic feature of staying in this location - we even were able to sit on our balcony a couple nights and listen to the fabulous live music playing at nearby restaurants. After taking a morning dip in the beautiful four tiered infinity pool just steps from our condo, we went to a different beach every single day and they were ALL among the best we've ever been to! Fantastic vacation! Great location, beautiful condo, great views and more

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this truly idyllic condo overlooking the marina. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this condo. The location was fantastic, the condo is so beautiful, it is in a quiet area, and has everything you need. The property is so well kept from the grounds to the gardens to the pool area. Loved the king size bed, two bathrooms and having a washer and dryer was great. On our arrival, after about 8 hours of flight delays, we were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine and some other goodies from the owners, Wayne and Nancy, which was much appreciated especially since we were too late to pick anything up. Initially we were hesitant about renting a vacation property this way as we had always stayed in hotels. After a few emails with Wayne and then a couple of phone conversations, we felt very comfortable and at ease with it. Wayne was so helpful and was prompt in getting back to us and answering our questions and also providing us with lots of good information. Smith's Reef beach is a short walk away offering good snorkelling right off shore. The pool area is beautiful, has super comfortable deck chairs and is never crowded. We rented a car (from Grace Bay Car Rentals who were fantastic) and it was very handy to have to get groceries and to go to other beaches, etc. Would recommend renting a car. Having a full kitchen and the BBQ on the balcony was great. I didn't expect to make many meals, but it was so convenient and comfortable, we wanted to stay there and enjoy it. We also enjoyed eating at the several good restaurants within walking distance. There is also a new casino in the area. It couldn't have been a better place for us and we would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks Wayne and Nancy!

Stunning pool, amazing sunsets and serenity! What more could one ask for on vacation!

We booked our flights and began our search for lodging. We were torn between a beach front resort and a condo away from the hub. While corresponding with this owner, he made the suggestion to have a car wherever we stayed as the island does not really have a center. We chose to do that and stay at the Yacht Club and we knew the minute we arrived it was the right decision for us. Wayne and Nancy's home is clean, well equipped and has the best location for viewing sunsets in the place! We woke every morning and had our coffee overlooking the marina and watching the yachts go out for the morning. The pool is spectacular..pictures do not do it justice. I spent a few days with my book and float and I was alone there for the most part..heavenly! The area the condo is in has 4 restaurants and a small beach with a reef to snorkel in within walking distance. We did use the car daily to check out the various resort beaches, other reefs and restaurants. But, it was wonderful to come back to this peaceful oasis and watch the sunset at the days end. The hosts have mostly everything you could need including spices, a few condiments, gas grill, cooler, beach chairs and towels, umbrella and a hair dryer among other necessities. The washer/dryer were nice to have (should have brought less!). I had some reservations initially about booking as there were so few reviews. This condo is the home of the owners and they rent infrequently. Let me assure you that the condo is all that is advertised and more and Wayne is responsive and helpful in answering any questions you may have about the island or condo. If you are considering visiting TCI, this is an excellent choice for your home base. I really can't say enough good about it.

Perfect!

All of the reviews are spot on. Their home has a great set up- two sink/toilet areas and a lovely shower in between, the one toilet/sink area is off the hallway, the other off the bedroom so perfect for when you come in from the beach/pool and when you wake up in the middle of the night :) The kitchen is perfect as is the living room, loved having the super large sliding door to the balcony overlooking the harbor, had breakfast there every morning watching the boats leave for the day, loved the privacy created by the Bougainvillea plant with the lovely flowers on the balcony. The pool is fabulous, didn't spend much time there as we were in TCI to snorkel and enjoy the beach, but it has a great mix of shade and sun, loungers and upright chairs, perfect for sunning, reading, having dinner/snacks and drinks. The grounds were well cared for, no loud noise, but in the eves could see the nearby bar from the balcony- Sharkbites which is also awesome and a short walk away. Never was too loud (and my partner is super picky about that). About 4 different restaurants in short walking distance as is the great reef snorkeling of Smith's Reef- we hit every snorkeling spot and found the best was Smith's, saw so many turtles, Leopard Rays, flounder, as well as the super colorful reef fish and even a shark while dining at Sharkbites. Wayne was super helpful, answered my million questions quickly and graciously, left us a cold gallon of water and some wine for when we arrived so we could have something cold to drink. Everything was well stocked- spices, condiments, kitchen utensil etc, no need to get anything in that regard. The IGA is just down the road as is anything else you need, but I do recommend a car- although we were very centrally located, the island is spread out enough to warrant a car- taxis are too expensive to use regularly. We are admittedly pretty picky, and really enjoyed Wayne and Nancy's home, the location and the island. Would ask to stay again if/when we return to TCI- I have a load of places on my bucket list so have to hit something new before repeating :) Thanks again Wayne and Nancy for opening your lovely home to us!

Gosh, your description of some of the nearby attractions is better than that in some of our tourist magazines ...maybe I should try to market it to our government Tourist Board. :) But I do seriously appreciate the excellent review and the effort that you made for us. Since it's our own winter home and we only rent it when we are taking a short break ourselves back in Canada, it's a little hard sometimes to keep the reviews current and I know that new guests really like to check out the reviews. Without problem / Sans probleme

The condo was perfect for us. We have nothing to say about cleanliness. We were impressed about all the stuff available for our use ie.: bbq grill, laudry machine, beach chair, big shower, 2 flat-screen tv, efficient A/C.... Also the place was convenient and well located. The quiet pool was great with loungers. This kind of things can change everything in a trip and that's why we very appreciated our first experience in Turks and Caicos. 100% satisfied L'appartement était parfait pour nous. Nous n'avons rien à dire sur la propreté. Nous avons été impressionné par tous les trucs disponibles pour notre utilisation soit:. grill, laveuse-sécheuse, chaise de plage, grande douche, 2 tv a écran plat, un systeme d'air climatisé tres efficace ... Aussi l'endroit était très pratique et bien situé. La piscine était tranquille avec beaucoup de chaises longues. Ce genre de choses peut tout changer dans un voyage et c'est pourquoi nous avons très apprécié notre première expérience aux Iles Turquoises. Nous avons été 100% satisfait.

We're so excited to share our former seasonal escape with guests who love the ocean, peaceful surroundings, and the charm of island living. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a rejuvenating solo retreat, we’ve taken great care to create a space that’s comfortable, relaxing, and memorable.

Great 1st time visit to TCI - REVIEW
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turtle Cove. In planning our vacation, we wanted a water or ocean view, beaches/restaurants we could walk to, and it was a plus that we were a little ways away from the resorts. This condo at Turtle Cove delivered all of this. Spacious condo with balcony and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking if you want to. The beach and snorkel gear were huge pluses to have on hand. There were 2 access points to the beach and snorkeling, only a 5-10 minute walk away, and a variety of restaurants around the marina offering delicious food. The property and pool at the Yacht Club were delightful, and watching the boats come and go was fun. The rest of the island was easy to access by car from Turtle Cove, and the grocery store was just minutes away. We highly recommend this property!
