Welcome to 410: Fifth & Pier — a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Jacksonville Beach that sleeps 10 and puts your whole group 7 minutes on foot from the Jacksonville Beach Pier. With two floors, dedicated sleeping spaces for every age, and room for up to 10 guests, this is built for families who want space, not compromises.

The ground floor has three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Two rooms each have a queen bed. The third has a bunk bed set — great for kids who want their own space. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and a private en-suite bath. Also on the second floor: a full kitchen, a dining table for group meals, a living room with a pullout couch that sleeps two, and a half bath. The layout naturally separates the kids' rooms from the adults — a feature multi-generational groups will appreciate.

The full kitchen is stocked and ready for family cooking — Keurig, blender, pantry staples, dish supplies, and everything you need to make breakfast before a beach morning or dinner after a long day in the sun. The washer and dryer handle towels and beach clothes without a trip to the laundromat. Keyless entry means no key handoffs — check in on your schedule. High-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected. Bunk bed note: per our insurance policy, guests use bunk beds at their own risk.

You're already in Jacksonville Beach — walk out the door and you're 7 minutes on foot to the pier, one of the best spots on the First Coast for fishing, sunrise views, and surf watching. O-Ku Sushi is a 6-minute walk for a rooftop dinner. Salt Life Food Shack is a 9-minute walk for casual seafood and that perfect post-beach vibe. TacoLu is a 2-minute drive for fish tacos and a strong margarita. Summer weekends at the beach fill fast — locking in your dates early secures this block.

Check-in is self-service with a keyless entry code. Every bedroom has a TV. Beach towels, sound machines, and laundry detergent are all included. No pets are allowed. Free parking on the premises and free street parking are both available — no scrambling for spots.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
