The highlight of this home is the ample outdoor living space. The back deck boasts a private pool, seating, and an outdoor dining table. Make a splash or just lounge poolside - this oasis offers the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. Just off the back deck is an enclosed porch with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and leisurely afternoons. In the front is another spacious porch, featuring a comfortable sitting area and outdoor dining area.

Inside, the home boasts modern finishes complemented by beachy charm. An open floor plan connects the dining area, living area, and kitchen, creating the perfect space to spend quality time with your group. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, making it a breeze to prepare your family's favorite home-cooked meal. An island offers additional prep space, while barstool seating at the counter is perfect for quick snacks and casual meals.

Retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms to rest and recharge. The primary bedroom and Bedroom 2 each feature a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features two twin bunks, perfect for families. An additional full bathroom ensures plenty of space and privacy for the whole group.

The home is in a prime location, just outside the hustle and bustle of old town while still being very close to restaurants and shopping. The Port Aransas community rec center is a short walk away, where you will find a pool, baseball field, sports courts, skate park, and so much more! Head to the beach, less than a 5-minute drive away for endless days of sand, surf, and sun in beautiful Port A!

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.

- Guests can park up to four cars in the driveway, or three cars and a boat.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
