You will have access to the entire home.

Other things to note:
2 security cameras in the property. One located in the front yard pointing out to front of the garage (exterior), and 1 located in the side yard pointing to the outdoor patio and side yard. They are recording 24/7 for safety purposes. There is 1 noise monitor in the backyard.

Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted, and parties, live music, amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ, or karaoke are prohibited both inside and outside the house at all times.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy

• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:

- 80/day to heat up to 82°F
- $135/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30 per hour, subject to approval.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. $1000 fee will be applied for violations of any of our house rules.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

Prior to check-in, guests are required to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO for safety purposes. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
