âą There are no grab bars in the bathroom or bedrooms. Guests who need additional support may wish to bring a transfer board, shower chair, or commode chair for greater comfort and accessibility.
Accessing the back spa area, back porch, and fire pit area will require assistance:
âą There is approximately a 1-foot step up from grass/ground level to the gravel path to access the firepit/spa space. The back porch has a two-step transition. These areas are not wheelchair-accessible without help.

Pet Policy
âą Dogs only â We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs per reservation.
âą Pet fee â A $350 fee per dog will be added to your booking.
âą Tick awareness â We are surrounded by woods, so please check your pets daily for ticks and consider using flea/tick prevention before your stay.
âą Clean-up required â Please pick up after your pets, both inside and outside. Waste bags are provided.
âą Furniture â Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds. We recommend bringing a pet bed or blanket from home. âą âą Crating â Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house to ensure their safety and prevent damage.
âą Leash policy â Although The Hideaway sits on private land, dogs must be leashed outside the immediate deck and fire pit areas.
âą Damage â Excessive damage or extra cleaning due to pet accidents may result in additional charges.
