Summary:
Indulge in the modern comforts of this newly refreshed 3rd & 4th floor unit with views for days! Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun drenched deck overlooking Manayunk with views of Center City in the distance. The apartment is well appointed with a full kitchen, two queen bedrooms, a living room with Smart TV, a full bathroom on the main level and half bath on the upper floor. We are located just a short walk to Main Street, where you'll find a plethora of locally owned shops and restaurants.
The Space:
IMPORTANT: You must be able to climb several set of stairs. Guests with mobility challenges should consider before booking. As you reach the top of the stairs inside the apartment, you'll find the kitchen to the left with a table that seats 4 and a door leading outside to the spacious, southwestern facing deck. To the right, you'll enter the living room with a 55 inch Roku smart TV (Netflix provided). You will be able to log into any of your own channel subscriptions via apps on the TV. Continue down the hallway, and to the left you'll find a cozy queen bedroom with a very comfortable 12 inch Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress. To the right at the end of the hall, is the full bathroom. Our standing shower has great water pressure and a nice, clean glass shower door for an open and airy (yet private) shower experience.
Continue upstairs, where you'll find the second queen bedroom -- a unique space with a skylight, sloped ceilings, exposed stonework, a 55 inch Roku smart TV and en-suite powder room with a combination washer/dryer unit. Please be cautious as there is a small step down to the bed.
Please note, this is a 3-unit building. Reasonable, everyday noises are expected outside of quiet hours.
Guest Access:
When you open the front door, you will enter a common stairway. The door to the apartment is up the stairs on the second floor. Upon entry, there is another set of stairs and the apartment is located on the third and fourth floors of the building. Enjoy full access to our entire apartment. Parking is included. All doors are accessible with keypad smart locks.

**Pets permitted on a case by case basis plus pet fee.**
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
**No smoking. No parties or events.**
** Credit card processing fees will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation **
đNOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
