We had such a wonderful stay here... The condo is clean, comfortable, affordable and well decorated, and the view... Is absolutely stunning! We love it here and will definitely be back.P.S The best, most beautiful stretch of beach in all of Rocky Point is located right here at this resort.

Quick Fall Break Trip

Great location on beach to walk to local bar. Views were amazing and since there are only 8 floors, elevators were not a problem. Property manager was amazing too.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront penthouse Vrbo in Rocky Point! The place was spotless when we arrived—very clean and well cared for. The location is perfect, right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the water. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—quick responses, clear instructions, and very helpful. Everything was exactly as described, and the whole experience was smooth and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

Lovely unit. We have stayed in many different units in the Son. Spa and this, by far, was the best one. Almost every other place we have stayed was cave like in the afternoon. Somehow the way that they have this painted and lit imakes it look great.There are some nice upgrades, including no barrier showers.

Our penthouse condo was super clean and comfortable. The pool was great and uncrowded, and the beach walking was out of this world. The weather did not cooperate for all of our stay, but we enjoyed everything about our condo. They even sent some handymen to fix some minor issues. Thank you!

Very clean and high quality space. Love the sunflower theme throughout. Management team responded very quickly to needs. Wifi reliable and fast. Would definitely choose this property again. Note bar and resturant closed tuesdays and wednesdays at time of visit (may june)
