Guest Access & Check-In:
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
- The resort’s check-in desk is open from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Guests must check in to receive wristbands, parking passes, and to pay the required resort fees. If you arrive outside these hours, resort security at the main gate will check you in and issue your items.

Resort Fees (Paid at Check-In via Credit Card):
- $14.60 USD per night resort fee (required for all reservations)
- One vehicle is included. Each additional vehicle is $25 USD per night.
- These fees are paid directly to the resort and are not included in your VRBO booking total.

Additional Information:
- No smoking is allowed in the condo or anywhere on the resort property, including balconies and shared spaces.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method one day before arrival and released within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
- If the host, resort security, or local authorities determine that resort rules or local laws have been violated, resulting in eviction, the decision is final and no refunds will be issued.

Eviction Policy: If at any time the host, resort security, or local authorities determine that you are in violation of resort rules or local laws and you are evicted, that decision is final and no refunds will be issued.
