Excellente vue sur le Strip du centre-ville, du Cosmopolitan et de la planète Hollywood! Internet sans fil haut débit gratuit, piscines (y compris piscine chauffée toute l'année et utilisation gratuite des piscines de MGM en saison). Accès facile au casino MGM, au centre de conventions et à la station de monorail via une passerelle à température contrôlée avec trottoir roulant. De plus, à seulement quelques pas du centre-ville, du Cosmopolitan et de la planète Hollywood depuis la porte d'entrée principale sur Harmon Avenue.

Relaxing getaway

When you want to be near there strip but have your privacy too. Very comfortable accomodations to get some work done, have a quiet breakfast, or enjoy a luxurious bath. Host was very responsive to my questions and check in was a breeze.

We love staying at the Signature. The property is conveniently located to the airport & strip & the accommodations give you the best of both worlds! The staff is always attentive & our host was awesome! We will continue to book this property as we come to Las Vegas frequently. I highly recommend!!

Convention stay

It was great to come back to our room after a long day of classes and networking and relax in comfort. We loved having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

Nice property.

Signature towers are very nice. 7 minute walk inside to get to casino. Not as convenient as being at strip hotel but room is nicer and less expensive.

Highly recommend this studio condo.

This studio condo is spacious for two, very good location and very clean. The owner, Mark, was a pleasure to deal with. He always responded in a very timely manner. We will be back!

Comfortable and Convenient

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. It was nice being away from the casino, away from the smokers and late nighters. The only downside for us was the close proximity to the elevator. You could hear people coming and going throughout the night and they were loud (having fun, of course).

second visit and just as happy !

This is our second visit to this rental . We loved it the first time 3 years ago due to the quieter yet still prominant location, the size of the room and the great price . 3 years on and it is still as great , and has been very well maintained . First time in Vegas.

This was our first time to Vegas. The suite was great. Very comfortable. The host, Mark, was great. Responded to all my questions within minutes. We've used VRBO on all of our vacations the last 10 years. This was the easiest. 5 stars easy. Would definitely stay there again.

The stay was great. One small critique on the room: the carpet was in need of cleaning. Checking in was a cluster, through no fault of the owner. There were roughly 17,000 crazy jewelry ladies and gents who were trying to check in.

Great room!

The property owner Mark was awesome. I had a few questions and he responded right away. I had never done Homeaway in Vegas before because we always have just done one of the big hotels. This was way better. We were able to go to the craziness of the strip and then go back to our hotel and get away from it all. I highly recommend this room and renting from Mark.

Great stay in Vegas!

This property worked great for our family of 4. The kids loved the view and we had ample space for us. Pools were great. So convenient to have the kitchenette in a town that you normal can't even find a fridge in a room! It was great to have parking included. We just wish it was self parking. The Valet in our tower was never open and there were times we needed to put things in or take them out of the car but would have had to wait on the car to be brought out. Overall it was great and we would stay here again.

Would definitely book again

Great location and the room was definitely as described! Tower 3's reception desk currently wasn't in use but we were able to get to valet and check in through tower 2 easily. Everything was definitely accessible (lots of walking though but better than having to drive out and whatnot). The room was clean, not spotless but definitely clean enough that it didn't bother us too much. Thank you so much Mark! Would definitely book with you again in the future :)

Much to like, a good deal

The apartment is actually a spacious junior suite in the MGM Signature, attractive in part because users can still use all the building's amenities and avoid MGM's 42-a-day resort fee and parking fees. There's plenty of room, a useful fridge, microwave and two electric burners to deal with leftovers, etc. Everything worked. It's also cool to step to the window and see what the Sphere is sporting.It's in Tower 3, closest to Harmon Avenue, and if the weather is agreeable the walk to Las Vegas Blvd. and The Cosmopolitan and Crystals is about 12-13 minutes on foot. A coffee upgrade would be nice, as the only in-room option is a small drip machine and the 1/4-mile walk to the Starbucks in Tower 1 was not the most convenient (although indoors all the way).

Great room near but not in the bussle of The Strip. Free use of the MGM pools though Signature pools were more relaxing. Valet parking is understaffed leading to longer waiting times in retrieving car and on occasion leading to a complete traffic jam backed up onto the main street and a wait of more than 30 minutes just to drop the car off. Self parking would be better, since the valets expect to be paid every time you need your car retrieved.

Good Location

This room in the MGM Signature towers was a convenient spot to stay for me and my son. Easy access to TopGolf, the MGM pool and Monorail. After we discovered the construction for the upcoming F1 race made walking to the Strip via the street (Harmon Ave.) a little tricky, we opted to use the walkway through the towers/MGM Hotel. Traffic delays due to the road construction added 10-15 minutes to each Lyft/shuttle trip, so plan ahead. The construction is temporary, so that part of this review hopefully will not be applicable after the race in November 2023.

Very nice property with nice view.

Very nice property with good view of the strip. Two things to take into account when renting. First, maid services are not included. Secondly, this particular unit does not have balcony, which he last unit I rented from Mark did. This makes a huge difference in my opinion. that being said, the unit is very nice and I would recommend.

Amazing.. Picture Perfect, stayed 5 days 4 nights. Love the views of the strip and the Spear. My Host replied instantly and made sure I was taken care of, everything was clean and fresh. I'm live in Charlotte, NC and have enjoyed visiting Las Vegas since my first visit in 1987 (stayed at the Dunes which is approximately where the Bellagio Fountains are now!). I have 3 properties at Signature on VRBO (listings 344994 & 425161) and a beach property in Holden Beach, NC (listing 751993).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

In 2010 I closed on a 23rd floor strip side unit, also in tower 3, that was a short sale. I've had good experience renting it through VRBO, so while the market is still under valued I purchased this strip side unit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The view from the strip side of tower 3 is the best Signature offers. Because of Harmon Avenue below, there is a perfect view of the new City Center Complex, The Cosmopolitan and Planet Hollywood. To the north there are clear views of Paris, Bally's, Flamingo, Venetian, Wynn, Encore and the Stratosphere from the floor to ceiling glass. While tower 3 is the farthest from the MGM complex, it is connected by climate controlled walkway with moving sidewalks so it's only a 3-5 minute walk from the Tower 3 lobby to the MGM Studio Walk depending on your pace. In addition, being right off Harmon avenue, it is a short walk out the front gates at Signature down the street to the PH Westgate Tower where you can enter that property and be right in the Planet Hollywood miracle mile shops. Walking through there and the main Planet Hollywood casino will place you on the strip right across from Bellagio and adjacent to The Paris!

Personally I use the onsite exercise room daily, and the free wireless internet for my guests is widely appreciated (there is nothing worse than having to pay $15-20 to check your e-mail!)

Each of the 3 Signature towers has a pool and hot tubs. The pool in the middle (at tower 2) is heated year round at 85 degrees and gets plenty of winter time use. Guests can also use the very nice MGM pool during season at no cost.

The hot tubs are operational year round, including of course the ones at the tower 3 pool, and are nice in the colder months.
