A great place to stay off the strip!

We had such a great stay in this cute condo. It’s in a quiet, gated community just off the strip. It was so nice to have our own bedroom and bathroom and a full kitchen. The cold waters in the fridge and treats were a nice touch! The communication was impeccable and she always responded right away! The unit is on the ground floor just steps away from parking your car. It just a few minutes drive from everything! Thanks again for an exciting weekend away!!

So close to everything in a safe gated community. The condo was clean and plenty of room for the three of us. Communication with the host was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Mikhail and Ping were wonderful hosts. Their property looks just like the images. They were good with their communication and ensured everything was in place before our arrival. They even set up a high chair and a travel crib for our infant.The neighborhood was safe and the right amount of quiet. It’s family friendly and I highly recommend it

Nice alternative to hotels on the strip

The condo is in a convenient location close to the strip. Very well stocked. Mikael was very responsive. There is some noise from the trains that pass closely by.

Fantastic place close to the strip

This is a great place to stay. The owners were very accommodating. Very clean. It is a very nice two bedroom with easy access to the strip and great amenities. I will be back every time I have a conference in Vegas.

Great stay

We came out for a girls trip and the place was perfect. A short Uber ride to all of the sights! Great gated area for us to relax during the day at the pool before going out!

One Night Stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, even though it was just for one night. The condo was spotless. Ping and Mikhail really simplify things for their guest. Just about anything you would need they've thought of. We most definitely would stay in this place again!

Nice space close to strip

Overall, the trip was nice. The host was quick to respond to all inquiries. Things were clean and extra items like pool towels and blankets were easy to locate. Our only 2 issues were with the AC system and the living room furniture. The AC never fully cooled down the master bedroom. The vents were fully open, but very little air came out. The rest of the house was just fine, but that room was always at least 10 degrees hotter. In the living room, there was a chair and a small loveseat. Even for a family of 3, it was uncomfortable to be in there all at once. If we chose to stay there in the future, I hope we can see a larger couch that was a bit more comfortable. Overall, I would recommend others to stay here.

In town for a concert with teens.

This property was perfect for a concert with teens. The property was safe for a quick run, swim, and a workout in the gym. It was nice being off the strip and not having to walk through a smokey lobby. And it was easy to get a Lyft or Uber. Everything was clean and stocked well with towels, kitchen supplies, coffee, and bathroom essentials.

Clean, comfortable and well maintained

Stayed for 3 nights and loved this place. The unit is well maintained and very comfortable. The big stuff was all there —cleanliness, functionality, accuracy (of the listing), location, etc. but the small stuff puts this unit over the top — shampoo, vanity kits, makeup towels, beach towels, laundry with soap provided, streaming video services and access to private pools (2) and a workout room. The only real ding is the proximity to a train track (100 yds), but that didn’t seem to bother us. Highly recommend.

Convenient and Clean

Mikhail and Ping were great communicators and checked-in during our stay. The condo was clean, convenient, and they provided nice touches like bottled water, coffee, and tea. The complex is residential, but a short drive to the major Vegas hotels and attractions. Parking is easy and the security was friendly. Because the complex is residential there are "apartment sounds" - barking dogs, people walking above, etc. Mikhail and Ping provided suggestions on how to handle, if needed, but we didn't feel like that was necessary. Just flagging for those potentially sensitive to such sounds. It was a great place to escape from the crowds, but still be close to it all.

Would definitely stay again

We love the location. Safe and close to everything you need. I rate based on quiet, comfort and cleanliness. It is a very quiet property to sleep. It is very clean. Beds fairly comfortable. Bottled water and coffee available-great touches. Plentiful pool towels and bath towels of a good quality. Paper towels, dish rags and toilet paper were plentiful. Even shower gel and hand and dish soap available. (Seemingly small things, but we have had to go buy all this at other vrbo's) Everything in working order. Great communication with owners, tho we had no issues whatsoever. Pools are really nice. Bathrooms and kitchen upgraded. No complaints here! Thank you for such a comfortable get away!

Long review, but some good information

While I did enjoy my stay in Las Vegas I did not necessarily enjoy my stay at this condo. I would like to start off by saying that I am picky about where I stay, so the things that are important to me may not be that important to you. Please don't automatically dismiss this condo just because it did not meet all my wants. This condo has A LOT of positives to it. THE GOOD: Communication between the owners is awesome. They were very polite and quick with responses. We felt very welcomed and there were a lot of good area resources for the area. The condo is in a great location! There is a Taco Bueno, Chick-Fil-A, Denny's, and Walgreens almost across the street. You are just over the interstate from the Bellagio and Caesar's, and could easily walk there. If you're looking to get out of Las Vegas access to major freeways are easy and quick to get to. The condo was very clean and neat, the cleaning lady did an excellent job; we even saw her clean it, at NO time did we feel like it was not clean. We had all the kitchen essentials needed for simple meals. There is a lot of counter space. The security guards were very kind a friendly at the complex. Normally the beds aren't very comfortable but we felt these beds were just right and the sheets were nice and clean. THE VIEW!!! Holy cow that strip view is amazing around sunset. We would sit on the patio and eat dinner while watching the lights of the strip turn on at night. THE BAD: Immediately when you walk in the front door you are hit with smell of cigarette smoke. I did contact the hosts and they did offer an air purification service, but we declined because we had other plans. The smell was moderate and we needed to wash all of our clothes when we got home. As the previous review states the upstairs neighbor is a very loud walker. All night long we heard him tromping around. Since no one else mentioned this I assume he is only staying for short time. The condo is next to a railroad track and to the interstate. The train never used their horns, they would just come through. We did not find the noise from either to disrupt us, but the neighbor upstairs did. The furniture while clean, is not very comfortable. Again please don't pass up on this condo because I'm snobby about some things. If you can overlook what I didn't like then you should book this condo. You will be in a prime location and you can get a strip view for a fraction of the price.
