We had a great stay, clean and well equipped unit with a nice large lanai. Location is perfect, short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.Thank you Paul for your hospitality.

Great place to stay in a relatively peaceful location near the beach and lots of shopping. The kitchen could use more plates and utensils, but otherwise everything was fine.

Aloha Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My kids and I enjoyed our home away from home. Our unit was free from any obstuctive views of other hotels, close to the beach, and close to good eats. We only used the refrigerator to store leftovers since we had meals to share with family on Lewers. My only gripe is that we couldn't get fresh towels- the unit is not part of the hotel. Despite that, I would still recommend this place.

As a vacation rental is not a full-service resort hotel, and we do not have on-site housekeeping staff, we are not able to offer amenities that a resort hotel would typically offer, such as daily housekeeping, linen service, or replenishment of your start-up supplies. I do apologize if that was not adequately conveyed, but please understand that this is an industry standard and one of the basic differences between a vacation rental condo vs. a full-service hotel room stay. We appreciate the feedback and will look forward to your next visit!

The Heart of Waikiki was certainly a nice place to stay; it came equipped with a queen sized bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and an unobstuctive view from the balcony. I would rebook a visit at this facility as it's close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and public transportation. I also appreciated the concern for guests staying in the building— the requirement of tapping the door key after 9P to enter gave me a sense of security. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to get fresh towels from the lobby/front desk folks. Yes, I could have taken my towels to the laundry facility in the building, but who wants to do laundry while on vacation? Not me. Let’s hope there can be some sort of concession to get fresh towels.

The property manager was responsive, and the initial check-in was straightforward, even though we arrived late in the evening. Great sunset view from the balcony. Our only (minor) complaint was the 4am dumpster emptying on weekday mornings, otherwise a really enjoyable place to stay.

Great condo in a very convenient location

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. The condo is as advertised, very nice, conveniently located to all attractions, and very close to the beach.The check-in process was very easy, the property manager greeted us and showed us all the details. Unforgettable

Beautiful place for a summer getaway. Good size for my family of 4 very close to the beach, my kids enjoyed the shave ice store below hour hotel very close to shopping center and many restaurants close by, I will rent this place again. Very clean

Decent stay

We had 3 people and it was a bit too tight. The doors are all opaque, even the sliders that separate the bedroom from the living room (where the 3rd guest slept) making privacy nonexistent. The sleeper sofa is pretty worn out, had to purchase a foam topper from Walmart. Also if you blow the sliders from the bedroom to the living room you have no AC and it gets very warm. Location was nice, we just cut through the Royal Hawaiian hotel to get to a nice area of Waikiki beach.

Beautiful views in the city

Reviewer Comments: The lanai was by far my favorite spot in the condo,opening the sliding doors, enjoying the breezes, looking towards the ocean at the lush landscape was a treat. The city noises are all around you though did not disturb my sleep. All the essentials are available in this cozy condo which is perfect for 1 or 2 but would be snug for 4 adults. The mid rise building was quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The beach is so close by, the location can't be beat. For my preference the bed is too firm, I would describe the mattef as a firm inner spring with no pillow top or extra padding. The mattress comfort is always my deciding factor, and despite the other pluses I would not stay here again.
