We were in town for a curling bonspiel at the Norfolk Curling Club. It gave us great access as well as good location to explore some of the cute towns in the area.
Visiting family in Norfolk area, this house was everything we needed and more. Though we didnât spend much time there, the beds were comfortable and especially enjoyed the screen porch with morning coffee. We will definitely come back for another visit in the future.
We stayed here to see some local family and it was a wonderful spot. House is perfect for family gathering and the kids and dogs enjoyed the large yard. The house is equipped with everything you could need. Downtown Norfolk is beautiful and the Berkshire Country Store had the best breakfast after our hike at Campbellâs Falls. We will be back again!
We were impressed with the kindness of the owners and loved the home. We were visitng due to a terrible situation, however we were able to book last minute and enjoyed the location and beauty od the home.
We had an amazing week at this house. The home is very nice, clean and comfortable. The privacy and yard was great for our dogs. We got to see deer in the backyard. The kitchen has everything you could ever want and need!
Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.
The location was perfect for us to visit with family and friends, go antiquing, apple picking and just relaxing.
The house was so New England! Huge yard private setting. House was fully stocked and the kitchen had great appliances with anything you would need . Deck off the kitchen was so nice . Plenty of space to spread out . I would definitely recommend this home to anyone ! Thanks Terri Marino
This was a great place to stay with family and friends. We instantly felt comfortable and at home. The beds were very comfortable! The screened in porch was awesome to just hang out but also got good wifi to be able to work remotely. The kitchen was well equipped and also a good spot for everyone to be (tho it did get hot while we were there). The upstairs bedrooms have a/c but not the downstairs rooms which wasnât a big deal. There was a gorgeous show each night put on by hundreds of fireflies! It is well located a quick drive from other towns and walkable to the tiny village center. The host was very chill and responded quickly. A great stay, thanks!
The home is very comfortable and nestled where youâre almost surrounded by trees. They have a large yard if people want to play lawn games out in the grass. The main floor is large and spacious and inviting. The large deck in the back is a wonderful addition and the screened in part of the deck is my favorite. We spent many nights outside in the screened in section, away from bugs, enjoying the beautiful evening. We roasted marshmallows on a mini stove that you put on the table out there. My other favorite room is the kitchen. It has many amenities which made cooking for my family easier. (Our daughter who is 21 liked those two rooms the best as well). The bedrooms are upstairs. Along with another full bathroom. Both bathrooms are well done. There are many things to do around the area. Just depends on what you want to do, and how far you want to travel. We had a great relaxing vacation!
Thank you!
Lovely home with everything you need for a wonderful weekend in Norfolk! Gorgeous, bright kitchen was a primo gathering spot. Living room was comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. We only wish it had been a bit warmer so we could have enjoyed the deck and sunroom. Would stay here again in a hearbeat!
I couldnât believe this house popped up when I was trying to find a place to stay ânear Norfolkâ! We have family in town and there is never enough space for us all to stay overnight⊠This house is amazing and has everything you need for a home away from home. There are brand new kitchen appliances, including a magical stove that boils water in seconds! The hosts are very friendly, attentive to question and genuinely hope you have a wonderful time. I have already requested to stay for a week next year and the entire family is psyched!
We love Norfolk for many reasons. The architecture of the local homes is historic and beautiful. The nature that abounds is invigorating. And the people are wonderful.
