Beautiful small home with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Conveniently located to Cape Cod as well as the Providence area Mattapoisett is a cute New England town with a few very nice beaches on nature preserves.
We spent 3 nights here, itâs was perfect for what we needed. We had our dog with us so the trail next to the house was perfect and only a 5/10 min walk to the beach. House was perfect and had everything we needed, just be aware typical New England lots of ticks so bring some spray.
This was a cute cottage and a short walk to the beach. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. The cart with chairs and beach toys was great.
Very cozy - and nicely appointed! It was perfect for our needs as we were traveling with our dog and wanted a little more room than a local motel provided in our last trip to the area. It was convenient to everything. We would certainly stay here again - and hope to do so since we have family in Acushnet. Property Manager Meghan was very responsive - and the property was very well maintained and in a lovely, quiet setting.
A great location close to beaches and delicious seafood restaurants yet in quiet neighborhood. Ferry access was very convenient,
The walking path and backyard was perfect for our pups, and we thoroughly enjoyed the walking path to the beach.
House was well stocked and comfortable.
Looking forward to staying again.
House was great and well stocked. Right next to dog trails which was great. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower and it didnât get as hot as I like. No big deal though and I would stay again. Very dog friendly which was great!
Clean and cozy. Bedroom has plenty of space to comfortably add the pack-n-play for our baby. Enjoyed the trail behind the house and the beach recommendations, despite the rainy weather. Thank you!
My husband, myself and our dog enjoyed a long weekend at this cute little cottage in Mattapoisett. It was comfortable, cozy and well appointed for all of our needs. There was a slight technical glitch with the reservation but owner Meghan was more than accommodating and along with VRBO staff, we were able to get it sorted out quickly.
The cottage is set back from the road in a peaceful setting just a short drive or walk to the beach, hiking trails, lighthouses and whaling museum. Lots of great food options as well. We would definitely stay again!
