We had a great time. Room was clean, the only thing I would say that maybe should be deep cleaned at some point is the jets in the garden tub. Still very usable but did not use the jets. Pictures were accurate of room and everything was clean!

Thank you for your feedback. The $553 host fee includes essential services like housekeeping, parking, etc. We break down these fees to ensure transparency about where your money is allocated for your stay instead of including them in the overall rent. We are glad you had a nice stay overall!

Beach vacation

Great parking, elevators sometimes slow/overcrowded. The pool rules were frustrating with “safety checks” for 10 minutes every hour. The condo could use updated TVs, coffeemaker but overall good and fun time by all.

Great family condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time at the boardwalk! We stayed on the 15th floor, the Elevators were no issue!!! Our room was nice and clean. It had plenty of room for a family of 4. The location of the condo is spot on, right by everything for my family. We will definitely be booking our family vacation here again. Not to mention they have a restaurant/bar right beside the pool, very convenient.

Awesome!

Our particular condo was amazing!! Spacious, clean! It was the building that had a few things that were not great...for example they were doing some kind of maintenance on and off the whole week and we couldn't use the ramp to the beach. So we'd carry the wagon full of beach stuff down several steps. The trash shoot was broken and we couldn't use it all week.brokenbeach

2/10 Horrible

Loved our room didn’t like the security guy at the pool!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolved this condo everything was nice. We did have an issue with the pool security guy harassing our whole family about the pool bands were to be touching skin and not on our clothing we were wearing or anything else! We have never been so embarrassed. We decided not to come back for a while because of this!!!

Emerald Coast Destinations building manager, Ryan, did not respond to us when I both called and emailed him regarding a true emergency our mother had on the balcony less than an hour after check-in. She tripped over an inappropriately placed stool on the balcony. She went by EMS to Acension Sacred Heart Bay Medical in Panama City and stayed from Saturday, May 30 to Saturday, June 6, 2026. She was unable to enjoy the stay at the Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominiums. Not withstanding, her children were worried due to the turmoil and extenuating circumstances from the whole accident. Our mother was first told that she was going to be released on Friday, June 5th at 6am and then we were required to leave one medical facility and drive her to the Short-Term Rehabilitation Facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. We had checked-out one day early from Boardwalk to meet the required medical criteria. Unfortunately, there were extenuating medical circumstances that caused mother's release to be postponed another day.I still have not heard from our ECD folks or our Generaldi Travel Insurance. But, we loved the inside lay-out. The rooms were clean, except for the master's fan blades. which we cleaned to allow full expanse of the fan blades.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with this condo, and the resort overall. Having never stayed at this resort we were worried but it was very nice! Condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our families needs. Great views! Door knob was messed up when we checked in but they fixed it quickly. WiFi, cable, and smart tv’s worked well. Location was excellent and convenient to anything. Onsite restaurants were good. Pool security was a little overboard with kids breaks for 10 minutes every hour (never seen this). Parking was a breeze. Check in and out was painless. 5 stars!!!

The condo was great... It was mostly clean, beautiful, and up-to-date decor. Furniture was very comfortable. The view was amazing. The grounds/ pool area is beautiful. Parking was ample with secure gate/guard. Kitchen stocked fairly well, might could use some new bakerware. Balcony was nice and comfortable. The only real compliant we had was that the pool had way too many rules. The "pool police" were always onto someone about something. We love to float in the pool and were told that floats were allowed by the condo customer phone service prior to scheduling but that was incorrect. No floats were allowed along with a long list of other rules that were strictly enforced, which hampered the enjoyment of the pool for us and others. They really need to consider dropping some of the ridiculous rules. The rules are not made up by the condo owner, but the building mgmt. The tv remote was a little difficult to use, but other than that we had a great week!

Perfect 4th of July family spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo fit my husband and I, my mom, and daughter with plenty of space to feel like we had enough room to not feel like we were in eachother's way. We loved the massive counter space with bar stools, the outdoor furniture was so nice to get to kick back and relax on, and don't get me started on the view from the master it was absolutely breath taking and perfect for my disabled cousin to come watch the condo's fireworks from with a clear view.
