The Essentials (Check-In & Safety)
For everyone’s peace of mind, all guests are required to verify their identity through Know Your Guest, provide a government-issued ID, and sign our rental agreement before arrival.

Quiet Hours
To respect our neighbors and the serenity of the area, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. The river carries sound easily, so parties and loud gatherings are not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Substances
To keep our home fresh for everyone, smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Pet Policy (Dogs Welcome!)
We’re happy to host up to 2 pre-approved dogs (non-aggressive breeds only, fee applies). We just ask that they stay leashed outside, stay off the furniture/bedding, and please—no cats!

Guest Count
Planning to bring an extra friend? All additional guests or pets must be approved in advance, and extra fees may apply.

Damage Protection
For a stress-free stay, you can choose between a refundable security deposit or a simple damage waiver when booking.
