immaculate except for some carpet and sectional stains, those were no big deal. initial a/c and ant issues dealt with expeditiously and correctly. fantastic home, gorgeous pool, VRBO extraordinarily responsive and pleasant to deal with. ZERO complaints about the accommodations and ease of renting and enjoying the property. 10/10

Awesome House All Around and Super Close to the Beach

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been visiting Marco Island every summer for over 10 years, and we've stayed in a variety of rental homes during that time. Without a doubt, this property has been one of the best we've experienced. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the beach—and the amenities, including the pool and spacious rooms, made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay on Marco Island. It truly allows you to enjoy everything the island has to offer.

Reviewer Comments: This house was a fantastic location - so close to the beach and Marco plaza (restaurants, putt-putt, etc.) House was clean and there were plenty of dishes. Kitchen had seasonings available, which was nice. We would have liked to have some sort of water filter - we all thought the water had an 'off' taste. (We are very particular about our water, so it could just be an 'us' thing!) There were lots of beach chairs and a wagon to pull everything! Pool was warm and the lounge chairs were super comfortable. We think a TV outside would have been awesome to watch football on Saturday!! You can't go wrong with this house/location. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
