Welcome to Beach Block on Mendel â Your Perfect Marco Island Getaway!
We are thrilled to share our newly renovated home, Beach Block on Mendel, located just an 8-minute walk from two public beach entrances and within easy reach of Marco Islandâs best restaurants and shops. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers over 2,400 sq ft of modern, comfortable living space, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing yet fun vacation experience.

The Space: Comfortable & Family-Friendly
Primary Suite: This king-sized suite features a huge walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with two separate vanities, offering plenty of space for relaxation and comfort.
Additional Bedrooms: The second and third bedrooms each have a king-sized bed and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom is perfect for younger guests, featuring a set of bunk beds.
Bathrooms: The second bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, ideal for families with little ones.
Living Areas: Spacious & Inviting
Our home includes two large living areas with plenty of comfortable seating around a big screen TV, perfect for movie nights or family game time. The bright, well-equipped kitchen is centrally located for ease of access and includes a convenient pass-through to the lanai for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The dining area, which seats 8, is just off the lanai and offers direct access to the pool area.
Outdoor Oasis: Poolside & Beach Days
Private Heated Pool: After a fun day at the beach, relax by our large private heated pool. We have 4 pool loungers and pool floats, so thereâs plenty of space to soak up the sun.
Shaded Outdoor Area: Prefer to stay cool? Our shaded space offers a relaxing spot to watch your favorite sporting event or show on the outdoor TV, all under a ceiling fan.
Outdoor Dining: Enjoy meals outside at our brand new patio table with seating for 8, perfect for family dinners or grilling up fresh seafood from a local fishing charter.
Convenient Guest Bathroom: Located off the lanai, the guest bathroom offers easy access when enjoying the pool.
Beach & Adventure
Beach Access: Just an 8-minute walk from both public South Beach entrances, our home is perfectly located for easy beach days. We provide all the necessary gear for your beach adventures, including towels, chairs, and umbrellas.
Bikes for Exploration: Hop on one of the 5 bikes provided and explore the island! Visit local shops, restaurants, and enjoy the beauty of Marco Island at your own pace.
Fishing & Boating: We can recommend the best local fishing charters or help you rent a boat with a captain for a day out on the water.
Pet-Friendly: We welcome your non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs, so your furry friends can enjoy the vacation too!

Cancellation: If you cancel within the fully refundable period you will get a full refund minus the processing fees. We ALWAYS want you to be protected and recommend purchasing travel insurance. Especially if you are booking during HURRICANE SEASON. (August-November) Please be aware that if you DO NOT purchase the travel insurance offered or buy your own and you get sick/have flight issues/weather issues/etc and cannot make your trip we have a NO REFUND policy. PLEASE BUY TRIP INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELF.
Parking: You can park one car/suv in the garage and two in the driveway. Per Marco Island code you canât park a trailer or boat in the driveway. You can park a small RV in the driveway as long as it is not covering the sidewalk. You would have to obtain a free permit from the Marco Island police department and affix it to your RV in a conspicuous place. If you do not have the permit the property will be fined on a daily basis and the fines will be taken from your security deposit.
Cameras: We have one camera on property. It is the ring doorbell at the front door for added security.
Insects: While Floridaâs warm climate can occasionally invite insects and bugs, we proactively manage this by scheduling professional pest control every quarter to keep our space clean and comfortable for guests.
NOTE: As per the Transient Rental Noise Control 30-90.9 Any noise shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., daily.â
Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file two days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found.
NOTE: Pools are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
NOTE: We do not inspect the bikes between each renter. Use of the bikes is at your own risk and is the renters responsibility to deem fit for your personal use.
