Dock Holiday at Arizona Shores is a former boutique hotel we have turned into a private resort home paradise and is located in arguably the best location on the water of the world-famous Parker Strip. The full resort is your exclusive private paradise when you book with us. Private boat docks and river are right outside your door that you don't share with anyone but your group. The former Arizona Shores resort is now a fun and exciting private 3 suite vacation rental home . The home offers large boat and jet ski docks and a massive waterfront deck area with ping pong table, barbecue, lounge chairs and incredible views overlooking the beautiful Colorado River. Each of the 3 private suites included in your rental, insure ultimate privacy for your entire group. The massive exterior decks offer a couple thousand square feet of additional outdoor living area with incredible covered and evaporative cooled patio areas to relax, uncovered areas to sunbathe, covered outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, a pergola with a fire table and many areas to watch the river go by.
Dock Holiday is perfect for families and boaters as this area of the river does not fluctuate in depth making it perfect for the kids to swim in. This is the Lake Moovalya area of the Parker Strip with slower river flow. Spend hours of fun jumping off the docks and swimming making memories of a lifetime. Watercraft parking is easy on our 2 floating drive on jet ski docks and a large slip is available for your boat.
This property is a total of 3 connected, 1 Bedroom Studio units each with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. The exterior covered patio area is set up like an outdoor living area overlooking the river and docks and sits just outside the 3 bungalow suites.
Large 2nd lower deck right at the river has lounge chairs, competition ping pong table, and relaxing sitting areas and direct access to your boat and jet skis parked in the private docks. Multiple outdoor umbrellas and a large pergola, insure shade during the hot months.
A modern outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and covered cabana area allows the chef of the group to be the grill master for your trip.
We have multiple river toys lying around such as 2 kayaks, paddle board and other fun items for your enjoyment. Best of all is the fact this is a true private riverfront property. We own right up to the water and the boat docks so your riverfront space will be your private paradise while you vacation.
This property's location is the most desirable area of the Parker Strip (the cove area) just below Moovalya Keys with incredible dramatic views of the surrounding mountains that make you feel like you are vacationing in paradise.
This is truly an amazing riverfront property. We live close by in Lake Havasu City and are available if you need anything during your stay. We love this amazing property and hope you will as well.
We are updating the property constantly as it is our personal dream home and as guests give us feedback.
Each of the 3 suites of the home also offer large high-definition smart TVs, high speed wireless internet, high-end luxurious linens and comfortable beds and bedding. At the rear of each suite is a full-size bathroom and kitchenette. Although the home is 3 individual suites, we only rent the property out to one group at a time so your group will have access to the entire property in complete privacy. We own the land right up to the river. You will not have to share any of the riverfront amenities. This is truly a private riverfront compound.
Free boat launching is easy just a minute (1/4 mile) south of the property. Once you launch your boat and jet skis just drive them up to the docks and you can leave them there for your entire stay. As for parking we also own the lot across the street from the property where you will find abundant property to park your trailers and cars. See pictures in this ad.
Just a few miles south of Dock Holiday at Arizona Shores you will find the Bluewater Resort and Casino with nightlife, gambling and restaurants and just a few miles north of the property the world-famous Road Runner Dock Bar and Restaurant as well as Pirate's Den and a bit further upriver, Foxes and Sundance. Just 8 minutes to town in Parker there is a large Walmart, boat supply stores, restaurants, grocery store and more shopping. Less than a mile north of the property is a convenience store with gas, drinks, ice and convenience items. Also nearby is the highly rated Emerald Canyon Golf Course. One of the best values in Arizona for golf and a scenic masterpiece. If you want to check out the London Bridge in Lake Havasu City it's just a 40-minute drive away or for a lake day you can launch near Parker Dam just 15 minutes north.

Bobby and Julie moved to the river over 20 years ago from southern Calfornia and continued our real estate business in Arizona. We love boating, the river and friendly, easy going vibe of Parker and Lake Havasu. We have owned mulitple vacation rentals over the years and finally have been able to purchase our dream in what we consider the very best location on the Parker Strip and one of the most iconic property's in Parker, the former Arizona Shores now converted to our own private vacation rental residence. We are locals in the area and have sold real estate in Parker and Lake Havasu City the past 20 years. We are close by to help you with questions on your trip and we take great pride in providing an immaculate and fun experience when you vacation with us.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This is what locals call the cove area of the Parker Strip. Deep water, not much river flow at all and the widest section of the river. Multi-million dollar homes line this section of the river because we believe and we think you will agree it is the best area of the river for boating and enjoying the river. Also the large extra lot we have across the street allows our guests abundant area to park vehicles and trailers while at our resort home. Just down the road less than a mile is a wide free boat launch ramp. When you arrive drop your boat and skis in the water and drive them up to the extra large docks and leave them in for your entire stay. No need to pull in and out while you are here.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
First of all the location is AMAZING. As said above this is a deep, slow moving and very wide section of the Parker Strip. Being in what locals call The Cove you will recognize right away the fantastic location when you arrive. In addition, being this is a part of the original and iconic Arizona Shores resort although this property is now officially a single-family residence, it is still 3 unique, 1 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow units, each with private entrance and kitchenette. We rent the home like a single-family home so your group will each have it's only separate private area to sleep and bath in when you are tired from a fun day on the river then you can all enjoy the outdoor patio and deck areas we have converted to outdoor living to have fun and party in. Another fantastic part of this property is the lot across the road for boat trailer and vehicle parking. So many places along the river and in the keys have little to no parking. Not here however, we have a huge lot to make parking of vehicles and trailers easy. One of the best parts of the property is the boat docks. We have a huge slip area with both boat and jet ski drive on docks. The only reason our riverfront and dock area is so big is because it used to be part of Arizona Shores Resort. Most single family homes along the river have nowhere near as much waterfront area and dock area that this property offers. You will truly fall in love. Finally each of the 3 private units of the home offer fantastic river rooms from inside. As soon as you wake up in the morning and look out the window you will know you have found your piece of paradise at the river. Fantastic river views abound from all rooms.
