We allow up to two well behaved small-medium sized dogs for an additional flat fee of $150 per stay. Sorry no puppies or cats.

The home is located in a community HOA. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Garage door clicker will not be given out at this time, the garage can be accessed from inside.

There is a Fireplace in the living room but it will not be useable at this time.

Please make sure to keep windows and doors closed when running the AC/Heat. Please do not run the unit when the home is vacant and make sure to turn off before checking out.
No guests unless approved by host. Family is typically OK
No house parties.
No illegal activities, drugs or prostitution.
Please do not flush anything down the toilets that does not belong.
No smoking
Please pick up after your pets, $100 fine for extra cleaning or waste that needs to be removed.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am Please be respectful of our neighbors so they can reciprocate.
Please report all damages or bedding/towels ruined during your stay.
Also report any damages you notice even if you did not cause them.
