TRAVERS PRÊT ! Maison Élégante 3 Chambres au Bord du Lac Saratoga

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home, so we’re disappointed to learn this was your experience. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with our cleaning company prior to your arrival, and they did not complete the turnover to our usual standards. While this is not an excuse, it does help explain the concerns you encountered. We have since addressed the matter directly with our cleaning team and have implemented additional quality checks to ensure this does not happen again. We also wish the concern regarding the odor had been brought to our attention during your stay. Had we been made aware at the time, we would have been happy to inspect the property immediately and do everything possible to identify the source and resolve the issue. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to address any concerns promptly. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, as they help us continue improving, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the five-star experience we strive to deliver.
