MAIN FLOOR: You will enter in the main door. August smart lock and key pad.

Main Dining Room: 8 place dining table.

Main Bathroom: Shower/tub. Hand soap. Body wash/shampoo/ conditioner.

Master Bedroom: King bed. 2 closets. Dresser. 1/2 bath. Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: 1 full size bed, 1 twin bed. 1 closet. 1 Dresser. Smart TV. Closet. Board games. Celling fan. Pack n play.

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed. Roll top office desk. Closet. Dresser. Smart TV.

Hallway: Closet with towels, extra bedding, air mattress. Baby bath tub. Coat closet.

Living room: Electric fire place. Smart TV. Lift recliner with heat and message. Sectional sofa. Rocking chair. Celling fan.

WALK OUT BASEMENT:

Bar: 7 bar stools. Shot glasses, tall/short glasses. Wine glasses.

Basement Living Room: 1 sofa, 1 chair, love seat. Smart TV.

Patio: Walk out the basement to a covered concrete patio with a 6 person hot tub looking at the lake. Propone fire place. Smart TV. Outdoor seating.

Driveways: Main driveway is concert and asphalt, 2 trash cans. Second driveway is gravel. Room for boat trailers. Multiple parking spaces.


Note: Wood and propone is not included; tanks are. No access to the garage. There are 2 closest in the basement that are locked. 1 closet in the main living that will be locked. WiFi included. Ring Camaras on the property.
