Guests will have access to the whole house outside of 2 locked closets.

The easiest way to move around is with a car.

We have Kayaks and Paddleboards available to explore the channel and bay!

HOT TUB & KAYAKS
To use the Hot Tub and kayaks, we`ll ask you to sign a waiver of liability, included in a pre-arrival form.

Kayaks are stored in the garage, and only available from May to September, not allowed to be used outside those months.

The hot tub is available year-round.

The fireplace is not usable due to insurance requirements.

PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
At the moment of booking, if you add you bring pets, Airbnb will add the first charge to the booking total, and we will request any additional ones.
If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.

There`s a flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms.

RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS

We`re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn`t match the guest name, you`ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
