Great stay!

Check in was a breeze, property was perfect. Most important- the kitchen was full of all needed items for any meal you’d want to create. The pool was perfect for an escape from the summer heat. A great spot for a great stay. Awesome!

Best house we’ve ever stayed at in Palm Springs!

We loved everything about this house. It was well appointed, spacious, and still allowed for a lot of individual privacy. The outdoor area, with the pool and spa, was just perfect. We’ve been looking for a home to rent each January in Palm Spring wings, and without a doubt, this is the one!!Springs.

Fun family stay

We had a truly wonderful vacation. The house is an ideal space with a central courtyard/pool area. The rooms are stylish, spacious and plush. There is ample and comfortable space for 6-8 people. The yard is perfect central area with a pool and hot tub/jacuzzi, outdoor dining, fire pit, bocce and putting!!! We will definitely return.

Spacious Home

The house is located in a quite neighborhood in a northern corner of the city. It was very spacious, nicely decorated & clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The yard was spacious great for entertaining. A few things that required attention: the spa kept having issues heating, the outdoor grill doesn't heat up sufficiently to cook with and the lights over the outdoor dining table only partially worked. Other that, that, it was a nice place to stay.

Comfortable & Roomy

The space was very nice and comfortable. It had a lot of great extra features. The only thing lacking was a supply of shower products because we thought the house came with them for the weekend. The spa/pool were very nice but the cement around the spa needs some attention. The landscaping and inner courtyard are beautiful. Not sure if it was the location of the house but it was very windy and when we got to the downtown area, it was 2/3 less windy. Great stay overall and would stay here again.

Fantastic home!

We had an extraordinary stay at this beautiful + extremely clean home. We loved the sliding doors which opened up onto the pool and lawn making the house interior feel like it was outside. The home has every appliance you could ask for. If you’re a coffee lover this house is for you! The house sits in a quiet culdesac, and the only noise was the chirping birds. Miguel was amazing and answered all our questions promptly and with care. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here, you will NOT be disappointed!

Windy but relaxing

One thing I didn't know about the neighborhood that other visitors might want to know is that it is very windy!! Several months out of the year, it is more windy than the rest of Palm Springs. Because of this, we couldn't enjoy the outside amenities very much. Everything (including chairs) blew around the yard, and our pool time was limited. Aside from the wind, the house was good! It was actually bigger than it appeared in the photos, which was nice. There was some food left over from a previous guest that was under a towel in the primary closet, but otherwise, it was very clean. I personally would have enjoyed a self-check-in so I could have had a bit more flexibility with my arrival time, but the host was nice. All in all, I would stay here again but I would try to find out when the least windy time of year is to really get the most out of the property.

A Pleasant Surprise

Unbeknownst to us, the property had undergone a complete renovation between booking (last spring) and our arrival (late January). We loved it when we booked but were amazed when we got there. It is very spacious, clean and stylish and exceeded our expectations! It has the perfect Palm Springs style. It is in a windier part of town but that was only an issue a couple of times and mostly in the late afternoon and evening. There were a few glitches (the wine fridge doesn't work, there are no grilling utensils and the house wasn't quite ready when we arrived) but we were able to work around them. The owner even arranged a reasonably priced mid-rental cleaning (we stayed a month). There were also plenty of cleaning tools and supplies for daily clean-ups. The outdoor space is really lovely with a large, covered, illuminated outdoor dining space that is shaded during the day. There is also plenty of shade around the pool any time of day. This home works for a larger group and the casita is perfect for anyone who needs a little extra peace and quiet. We will definitely consider rebooking if we need this large a house next year!

Loved it, with one exception

The place was amazing, a truly beautiful house - the pictures do not do it justice! The location is great too - super quiet and only 8 or so minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The only issue we had was with the pool and hot tub. This was one of the amenities we were looking forward to the most. We were told the day before arrival that we would be charged an extra 50/day if we wanted to use it, which we agreed to, but sadly neither one heated up at all. When we reached out to the property manager for help on the first day, we did not get a response. We reached out again the next day and still did not receive a reply. We finally heard from them the day we checked out (day four) - they agreed not to charge us the extra money for the pool/hot tub which was good, but would have been nice to be able to use them while there! Otherwise, this is a great place!

This home is a fantastic option for a stay in Palm Springs, especially if you're traveling with a larger group! The house is absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious—four of us stayed, but it could easily and comfortably fit 6-8 people. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the pool was a gorgeous spot to cool off (we didn't opt for the heating, so it was a bit chilly, but that's on us!). The game room was a huge hit, and we loved playing pool. We hardly felt the need to leave the property, as we had so much fun with all the amenities.While we had an amazing time, a few things could be improved to make a stay here even better. Communication with the host could have been smoother; I had to reach out to get the check-in details, and a concierge ended up calling me to coordinate, rather than communicating through the booking platform. We also ran into a few minor issues during our stay. The locks on the doors were a struggle, requiring a lot of time and patience to open, which wasn't ideal in the Palm Springs heat. The house manual was also outdated, with pictures from the previous property, which made it unhelpful when we needed to turn off the spa. Lastly, we weren't a fan of having to strip the beds and take out the trash, especially with the cleaning fee included. Overall, this is a beautiful and fun place to stay, and a few small changes could make it perfect!

Beautiful home

The home was very clean and beautiful. The pool and spa were also great. The home is located close to the airport and downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very responsive to any of my questions.

Gorgeous place to stay

I would absolutely recommend this property. We were 5 old friends staying for a long weekend and it was a perfect place with lots of areas for people to come together as a group inside and outside, as well as unique areas to hang out in smaller groups or for alone time. The only challenge was in communicating with the property manager as there was some delay in responses. There was also some confusion about the 4th bedroom 'casita.' The listing indicates 4 bedrooms and we had planned on that but when we got to the house, the casita was locked. It took some back and for with the property manager to get it settled and opened. In the end it all worked out and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay!

This house was perfect for our palm springs get away. The pool and yard were beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the open floor plan was nice for our group. Communicating with the owner was a bit difficult with a lot of miscommunication but it all worked out in the end.
