House was very clean, great location & very modern. It was 4 stories but has an elevator. The bedding in the bedrooms are very comfortable. Great place to stay for a large group. The hosts were very responsive & let us check in a litter early. Unfortunately, the second day of our trip, the AC unit did not work on the top floor. I reported it at 7 a.m. waited around the entire day for the HVAC company to come an repair it. This was an inconvenience to me as I missed the day at the beach with my family. I expressed that to the owner and he said it was out of his control. As a property owner I do understand that however, the fact that I booked for only 2 nights and one day was completely consumed by waiting for the HVAC to arrive was a bust. I feel like the owner could have done something for the inconvenience. We would have booked this again if it wasn't for this experience. They should have been planning for these types of events being it was in the middle of summer in NC. I am not the owner, I paid as a guest and expected to enjoy my time not have to wait at the place for the HVAC repair company. This is why I am giving 4 stars not 5.

Perfect beach getaway

This property was exactly as described… better than anticipated! Worked well for our multi generation family vacation. The elevator was a great surprise. The location makes getting to the beach easy and the pool was the perfect size for the kids! Spacious enough you had many options for being together or taking a break from the group.Kitchen is well stocked, home clean, and comfortable beds. Owner is quick to respond answering questions or providing information.Great find!
