With no TV/internet & very limited cell service, you're invited to unwind, unplug, & experience a sense of peace & connection that our home offers.

Closer than a hotel to Rocker B Ranch (~20minues from) and halfway down the Brazos River from drop in at the Highway 16 bridge and Rochelle's.

Perfectly situated on 10 acres of picturesque countryside tucked into the Palo Pinto mountains; this 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath newly built barndo-like home offers an opportunity to reconnect by disconnecting like no other.

Within each bedroom, a closet nook provides space for your personal belongings, while a ceiling fan ensures comfort year-round. Complete with a dresser and lamp for added convenience, these bedrooms offer simplicity and functionality, with two on the left and two on the right, each pair separated by identical bathrooms featuring a walk-in shower.

Let the kids retreat to the upstairs 500sqft loft space, complete with 4 twin beds and a day bed for added flexibility. One small tv is available in the loft. Don't forget your electronic connection cables but be mindful there is no internet.

As the first rays of dawn peek over the horizon, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air and the sizzle of bacon on the outdoor Blackstone promise a fantastic day ahead. The golden light casts a warm glow through the patio doors and into the kitchen waiting for the house to awake. Later, as evening descends the patio remains shaded, the trusted Weber gas grill ready to come to life, creating an inviting atmosphere for a delightful dinner under the starlit sky.
