Location à la semaine d'été, et des séjours hors-saison à court terme sont disponibles en plein cœur de Hampton Beach. Cette récemment rénové appartement d'une chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 et dispose d'une cuisine complète (comptoirs en granit et tous les nouveaux appareils), laveuse / sécheuse, et un pont arrière où vous pouvez regarder le coucher de soleil. Le meilleur de tous est l'emplacement! Il est à distance de marche des commerces, restaurants et accès à la plage est inférieure à une promenade de 3 minutes dans la rue!

Very cute place. Well kept up. Owner very friendly and prepared for little problems, like guests locking themselves out. Short walk to beach and all of the fun at Hampton. Our golden retriever loved his stay as well!

We stayed for one night and had a great time. The location was perfect given we were going to the beach, had a concert at the Casino Ballroom, and wanted to be able to walk to the local bars and restaurants. Nothing was more than a 15-minute walk! The owner was super responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. We would certainly stay here again!

Good property, good location, great hosts!

Well located; walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and well stocked with everything a family would need for a few days. The property owners were great hosts and my family really enjoyed our interactions with them. Thanks for being part of a great vacation!

Cute spot on the strip

It was a little small for 5, but we made it work !!! It was close to the beach and boardwalk, and we where able to bring our small dog which was nice.

Wonderful accommodations

We had an amazing stay - this apartment was so accommodating perfect for a couple. The owner Rick was so kind and answered all of our inquiries and provided such wonderful accommodations. We will definitely like to return. Thank you!

Fabulous place!

This condo is really wonderful! In a fantastic spot and has all the amenities you could possibly need (including umbrellas by the door for the rain.). The owner is super responsive and really makes things perfect. This is the second time we have stayed here and plan to be back next summer! Thank you Rick!

Great apartment with all the needed amenities- short walk to beach and Hampton Beach restaurants. Owner was very helpful. Only two concerns- Gerti g into parking lot is tricky and noise from karaoke bar was distracting- but only on Saturday night- ear plugs were provided!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was perfect. Clean, little amenities thought of, everything you need for a week away at the beach. Rick was communicative, kind, and thoughtful. The place is just far enough off the strip to be quieter than L or M street, but close enough it’s a short walk to the beach. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Great little condo😎

Rick was really nice,easy check in and out!Every thing you need was there!walking distance to everything!LOVE the rooftopdeck!only thing didn't like was the back deck, moldy and chair's were unusable, I think the birds made that area their home 🤣Besides that had a great stay,would love to stay again!👍

Comfortable luxury so close to the action (but not too close)!

Rick was a very generous host - we stayed for 3 nights with our dog, and were very comfortable with the accommodations. The location is great for being just past the hustle and bustle of the strip, but close enough to walk down for a dose of action! The property is beautifully maintained with all the luxuries of home - including washer/dryer, gorgeous kitchen and spacious shower. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and cannot recommend this property and this host highly enough! Laura & John (and Jobin)

Great!

Everything was great, 3 min walk to the beach. Apartment had everything you could think of. Only air conditioning in the bedroom so the living room did get warm, but there were plenty of fans. Being able to bring my dog was a big plus. Rooftop area was fun to bbq (grill provided) and watch the fireworks. We will stay here again when we return to Hampton Beach.

Hampton Weekend Getaway

Richard was very nice, and quick respond to any questions. The Condo was clean, and well stocked. We were within walking distance to beach, and restaurants & entertainment. We were also very appreciative that we could enjoy a weekend getaway with our dog Sasha. Pet friendly Condo. 🤗🐶

Nice Apartment

This rental was very clean and comfortable. The owner, Rick, was very accommodating. Dog friendly, which was great for me. I knew when I rented there were a lot of stairs and there was a loud bar next door. It was only a nuisance on the weekend, so not a place for children. Rick even supplies earplugs if needed. There is a great rooftop deck with wonderful views. A quick walk to the beach and some small shops and places to eat. Had a great time.

Fantastic Place!

We spent 6 days and 5 nites, Rick was absolutely wonderful! So much more provided than actually listed! Very close to the beach. VERY clean and much quieter than we thought even with Charlie's next door! We brought our cat who loved it too! Rick is very responsive. Extremely comfortable! We WILL be back! Thank you so much Rick!! Only thing to note is that there are 3 sets of stairs so if you can't do stairs this may not be for you.

It’s little too far to walk to beach. It’s not 2 mins walk to beach. Approx 10 mins. You have walk one block then walk up sand path and down to the beach shore. The condo is nice and neat. The livingroom is really hot even though they have fan on the wall doesn’t help. Suggest to install A/C on the wall for livingroom. Furnitures seem too much around the livingroom to make crowd.

This property is a mixed bag. The host was incredibly quick to respond and offer help and there are a ton of thoughtful elements out into it.The biggest thing everyone MUST know about this is while it's just off the main drag, it is right next to an open air 2nd floor club that plays bass heavy dance music until 1 am. That sits in top of a busy Kareoke bar that has massive open front doors. If you're a night owl and that's your scene, this place is awesome. It's right where you want to be. The best thing about it is it's location. Unfortunately, the worst thing about it is it's immediate neighbor. In a addition, it's right on the corner of the main street that runs down the boardwalk and there are a ton of loud cars and motorcycles. That's part of the beach scene but if you want peace and quiet in the evening or are an early riser, stay away.Again though, so many great amenities. Time energy and money are o5ut into this place and the rooftop deck is higher than your neighbors with an almost 360 degree view. Has great patio space, some games and grilling so it's really awesome. We didn't discover that until our 2nd night as it was unclear if it was for us or we just got our deck on our floor. Off street parking was nice but it was 100 for two night and the listing says 20/night. It's definitely a budget value find if you know what your getting into. Between the parking and NH taxes and rental fees, it was basically the cost of a third night. Just FYI.

We absolutely loved the property, pet friendly, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Would absolutely rent again!! Best place we have stayed in Hampton beach! Management/owner of property was great to work with super nice!
