As you step into our fully furnished condo, you will be greeted by a cozy and inviting space with all the modern amenities. You'll have access to a private patio where you can relax and take in the coastal breezes and abundant sunshine. In addition to the spacious living areas, our condo also includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making your own meals and snacks during your stay.

During your stay, you will have access to the community clubhouse, which features a gym, mini-golf course, and more. For an additional fee, you can also purchase wristbands that will give you access to the pools and other amenities.

Conveniently located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, you can spend your days at the beach soaking up the sun and playing in the waves. For a change of pace, explore the nearby state parks with hiking trails and other outdoor activities. You'll also find a variety of local attractions, such as Gulf World and Shipwreck Island Waterpark, all within a short distance from the condo.

Resort requires wristbands for all guests. $20 per wristband good for 7 days. No wristband needed for children ages 5 and under. 2) Parking passes required for each vehicle. $25 per pass good for 10 days.

When it comes to checkout we have guidelines for checkout below.
* Please pile used bedding in each room * Towels can be piled in the bathrooms * Any used dishes need to go into the dishwasher & start the cycle * Pick up all trash and throw it away * Make sure to ensure you have all of your items before you leave :)

* If you are wanting to use the BBQ Grill, we do not provide gas/propane. That will be your responsibility*
