Great place to stay with a large family!

Plenty of room for everyone, especially around the dining room table. The pool and rooftop area were great - we hung out there most of the time.

Lovely stay!

My group of 20 had an incredible stay. The house was ideally located, and had more than enough room for all of us. The hosts were helpful and responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. I’d recommend to any large group looking for a place in IOP.

Great accomodations, especially since we got a couple days of rain. Proximity to the beach and bike trails is a plus once the rain cleared.

Amazing Home for a large group

Great house, lots of room for everyone, plenty of fun activities between the playroom and backyard areas. Ideal for a large group. Very clean and well appointed too.

Jersey and Iowa and SC invaded Isle of Palms!

This property was amazing...the pictures are accurate and their roof top pool area made it so special.... Dog friendly beach across the street for all the four legged friends to get a swim as well... We thoroughly enjoyed and would book again....

Perfect beach house for a large group

This house was amazing for our large group! Pool, beach across the street, elevator to schlep groceries to the kitchen, game room (saved us on a rainy day), multiple porches to hang out on, etc. Perfect beach house for a multi generational trip. Communication for the property manager was easy and they are incredibly proactive. Highly recommend this house if you are going to IOP.

Extended family vacation

Lovely house, rooftop pool, expansive covered decks, kitchen well stocked, extra full fridge and freezer in the basement, second ice maker on main floor, comfortable beds and bedding, laundry facilities, not far from beautiful beach, trail right across the street. We had a great week here at Isle of Palms! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic stay!!

We had 17 adults together ranging in age from 21 to 90 to celebrate my Father’s 90th birthday. This house couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Plenty of space in the common areas for everyone to gather. The rooftop deck was amazing, and we were fortunate to have a few beautiful days to enjoy it. Easy access to the beautiful beach and to stores for the items we invariably forgot to bring. Much fun was also had with the pickleball court and putting green. A wonderful time in a beautiful home.

Great home for our Large Family

This home was the perfect spot for my husband and I to reconnect with his siblings and their spouses, and other family. Plenty of room for group meals, board games, and catching up around the pool. Everything was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. with shelf space left for our supplies. Access to the beautiful beach is right across the street. Exclusive Properties staff was wonderful and saw to our every need.

9 bedrooms. Plenty of room. Privacy if you wanted it. Close to beach. Adequate parking. Grocery store within a couple of miles. Quick response if there were any issues with the house.

Great group house in IOP

The house is great. Across the street from the beautiful Isle of Palms beach and short drive to stores and restaurants. The house was perfect for our large group of friends. We lost power one night due to Hurricane Ian. The next day the management company was very responsive and sent someone out to check out the situation right away.

Our family of 12 adults and 5 children had a wonderful stay in IOP. There was plenty of room for all of us including the dining room that allowed everyone to eat at the same time. One member in our group has difficulty ambulating and the presence of an elevator was greatly appreciated. They have a game room on the first floor and a swimming pool on the top. The beach was just a short walk across the street and included a boardwalk that you could take almost all the way to the water. For a couple of minor issues that came up, they were fixed immediately by the staff. Our family has been coming to IOP for the fast few years and this was the best place that we have stayed. If we return to IOP in the future we would certainly try to stay here again.

Great location and a nice house

I'm assuming you're familiar with IOP -the house location is great! Quick bike ride to Harris Teeter and right across from the beach access (never more than 50 people within 100 yards of us on the beach). The house was nice and relatively well equipped. We are used to OBX homes, and the absence of a second living space made things tight in the AM and at night; the young adults enjoyed the pool and rooftop. Concerns: several beds were uncomfortable (rock hard or too soft). The back bedroom has the pleasure of pool pump piping right outside the window, which we heard all night long for two nights. Most of your time at the beach is spent outside -save for the 8 hours of sleep; spend some $ on new bedding.

Photos don’t do it justice

This place was awesome! We were there with 3 other couples and 7 kids among us under 4. The house was spacious, clean and seemed much nicer than the photos suggested. For some reason we thought it looked dated but were pleasantly surprised to find it was very well maintained. The office was super responsive via phone, text and email. We called for a minor issue and they sent someone out to repair it right away. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The pool was great and there is an awesome hangout area with patio furniture that is covered that we used on a rainy day. One thing to note for kids - only one bathroom had a tub. Very minor but good to know. Our group would all come back here in a minute. Highly recommend.

Room for EVERYONE

The home is expansive and there was plenty of room for EVERYONE! This was a Girl's Trip 40th reunion and we are all too grown to sleep on floors, bunk beds, or together for that matter. The home is better than described! Nine very large bedrooms, the rooms are probably larger than the rooms in most individuals' private homes. 8 bathrooms all with en-suites (on jack and jill). The rooftop pool! Unfortunately, the weather did not accommodate us on the roof but for a portion of one day. The house is beautiful, and clean, has EVERYTHING from the wine bar to the outdoor grill and bar with inground pool! The ELEVATOR, which we did not discover until we carried most of the groceries up the stairs! The view from the roof of the Atlantic Ocean and by the way the walkway to the beach is literally just across the street and is paved all the way to the beach. Not down the street but just at the end of the driveway. Plenty of parking on probably one of the most beautiful streets in Charleston! The check-in could not be easier and everything you need is just a few minutes ride away! GREAT GETAWAY! Will look to do this again!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. This was our 20th consecutive year vacationing in Isle of Palms, and with 16 family members spanning multiple generations, finding the right house has become more challenging over the years. We used to stay in the Boardwalk Homes in Wild Dunes, but as our family has grown, we needed a larger home that could comfortably accommodate everyone. This house exceeded all of our expectations.Every bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made a huge difference for a large group. The common areas were spacious and inviting, and the dining room was large enough for all 16 of us to enjoy meals together—something that’s very important to our family tradition. The wraparound porches were another favorite feature, providing plenty of comfortable places to relax, visit, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.The location couldn’t have been better. The house is directly across from a major beach access with a paved walkway and boardwalk, making trips to the beach quick and easy. We rented a couple of beach carts, which made transporting everything even easier. Another huge advantage was that the home is pet-friendly, allowing us to bring my daughter’s dog along for the vacation.One thing that really stood out was how exceptionally clean the house was when we arrived. For a home of this size, we were genuinely impressed with how well it had been maintained.The property management company was outstanding. 5 Stars all the way!
