Updated unit with great views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. All rooms have been newly painted in a beach-themed color scheme with new flooring throughout. Both baths have been fully renovated with a new walk-in shower in the first bath, and a new shower/tub in the second bath. The master bedroom has a King bed with flat screen TV, and has been decorated in calming ocean colors for a relaxing effect. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed with trundle, flat screen TV, and is decorated in serene colors. You can have your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the beautiful sites and sounds of the crashing waves of St Augustine Beach from your balconies, or have some fun at your choice of 2 pools. You can also enjoy the restaurants and shops in the surrounding beach area, or make the short drive into the historic district of St Augustine to enjoy restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, and historic sites. So come and have some fun while you recharge your batteries and make some memories.

Great winter getaway

Check-in was seamless with everything provided that we needed. The view from the condo was outstanding and the condo itself was clean and well cared for. You are right on the beach! We will definitely be returning next Christmas break!

We finished out our stay, enjoying the beach, local restaurants, and Pickleball at the St. Augustine YMCA. Love St. Augustine and love the convenience of Ocean Villas and the view from Unit 35!
