Vue sur l'océan deux chambres deux condo de bain sur St. Plage Augustine. Au 4ème étage par ascenseur. Grande piscine, accès à la plage privée, tennis, jeu de palets, grillades, buanderie, propriété fermée. Condo a un nouveau lit king en maître, queen et twin dans la deuxième chambre. Téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon et le maître. Mobilier neuf dans le salon et la salle à manger. Cuisine complète. Chaises de plage et parasols. Beaux levers de soleil sur l'océan. Comfortable condo, great location

Very much enjoyed our stay. Booking was easy and condo was comfortable. Maintenance and on-site office staff were unpleasant, but otherwise the condo itself, the property owners, and the location were great! Will come again.

Beach Getaway

The property was beautiful, quiet and well maintained with friendly neighbors. The pool was clean, not overcrowded and the beach was an easy walk away. The condo was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host was responsive and informed us of everything we needed prior to arrival. I highly recommended this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Very convenient for me since it was close to the elevator. It had a great view of the pool and the beach. The washer and dryer were an added bonus! The queen bed in the second bedroom is where I slept and the bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was also nice for me as a senior.

Perfect Beach Condo!

We had a great vacation on the beach in this condo. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. We were close enough to many restaurants and the beach but far enough away from the crowds. Only 15 minutes to the historic St. Augustine. Beautiful view! And very comfortable beds. Everything you need is provided. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Christmas vacation was wonderful. The unit is spacious and clean. We appreciated how fully stocked it was. The 4th views of beach are beautiful. The owners were responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Property is well kept and very comfortable , everything we needed was there.We love the location of the unit in the complex as the view from the 4th floor over pool to Ocean is great.The complex continues to upgrade the facilities , the new pickleball court was added since our last stay and we used it a number of times. Tony the superintendent did the best to provide progress reports and upcoming impacts to each unit in an attempt to limit impacts from the current exterior painting project which looks very nice and should be completed in next few months .

This property was fantastic. Everything we needed was in the unit. We loved being so close to the beach that we could take frequent walks, yet the drive to area locations and great restaurants was short. We will be back.

Property complex is well maintained, safe, and friendly community. Convenient to all attractions and other. Individual unit was extremely clean and as advertised. Host was very accommodating and helpful. This will be in our first choices for future rentals without question

Lits to do as a family or just as a couple. Condo was licated right on the beach which was convenient. Condo was super clean as was the pool area. We would definitely go again.

Lovely beach get-away

Great Condo/Beautiful Location

The location is excellent. The property is well maintained and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The condo is clean, decorated nicely and has all the conveniences you may need. The outside balcony has great views. We are looking forward to staying here again; it was an amazing week!

Awesome getaway

Place was great. Located walking distance to beautiful beach and surfing. Everything clean and had everything we needed for great thanksgiving getaway.

We grew up and currently live in the St Louis, MO area. We have been married for 35 years and have 2 kids and 1 grandchild.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We've been coming to northeast Florida since the 80's. We love, love, love this beach! It is wide and rarely crowded. We love this property because it is a small complex and the pool is never crowded and is private. This condo is right next door to a beach access and is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping.
