Un tout nouveau revêtement de sol dans toutes les chambres et une nouvelle literie et une nouvelle décoration rendent cette maison parfaite pour vos vacances en Floride! Revenir après une journée dans un parc à thème sera une retraite bienvenue pour vous détendre dans la piscine et le spa! Détendez-vous dans ce cadre qui offre des équipements améliorés et des normes supérieures de propreté. Notre salle de jeux sur le thème des Avengers épatera les enfants et les adultes. Avec 2 maîtres et 2 autres chambres avec 2 lits jumeaux chacune, cette maison est parfaite pour les familles élargies en vacances spéciales! La conception de la maison offre beaucoup d'intimité à chaque invité et le plan d'étage ouvert dans la zone principale offre beaucoup d'espace à partager dans des activités familiales. Notre grand espace extérieur couvert est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du soleil chaud de la Floride, et la piscine est toujours un grand succès!

Great Disney Stay

We had a great week at this house. About 30 min from all parks, so relaxing to come back and use the spa after walking all day. So much room and perfect for our family. Will definitely book again when we come back!

Perfect Location For Our Vacation

The neighborhood and house was excellent. The home is as described as shown in the pictures. Centrally located between the area cities and the amusement parks and natural attractions. We would definitely stay here again when travelling to the area.

Great house

This was a very nice house. Roomy, comfortable, well stocked. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood. About 30 mins to Disney, Publix was close ( 1 mile) to get groceries. Owner and management company were great! Would definitely stay here again.

Orange Tree...The Adventure!

Beautiful home spacious very quiet the location is great its 40 mins to the beach.Shopping and restaurants 2miles down the road. We loved the pool and ping pong tables.The pool was warm and the spa was wonderful.This home is fill with everything you need just add Family,Food and Fun! We will definitely be back soon!

It was very comfortable and close to parks and shopping we enjoyed it very much

The property was very comfortable area was very quiet the only thing the garbage bins were full when we arrived but we put garabage out on Monday and got mixed up in recycling day we put garabage out absinthe on Thursday but we had to be out of house by 10 am Sunday so we didn’t get to put buckets out they weren’t supposed to go out until later

Enjoyed our stay

Working with Mel and her management company was a pleasure. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a slight problem with pool heat but it was taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend this villa. Our family really enjoyed our stay… after a couple of days at Disney it was a pleasure to come back to house and relax. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table in garage (so did the adults.). Thank you, Mel, for making our visit to Florida very enjoyable!

It was perfect for what we needed.

We had a small issue with the pool but was taken care of in a timely manner. The pool was nice otherwise. It's a nice size rental unit and six slept there pretty easily. It was in a nice neighborhood. It was 30 minutes.from Disney. They had a grocery store and a Wal Mart really close and a nice assortment of eating establishments close. We had a great time and would go back for sure to this location.

It’s a great house the ONLY reason I wouldn’t rent again is because the thermostat is set at 74 degrees. The house is hot during the day.

Fantastic vacation!

This house was so perfect for my family. We just got back from a week stay and it was wonderful. The house was impeccably clean. Great and quiet neighborhood. Enough room for the whole family. We loved the pool, we spent everday out there. The game room was a great and fun addition to the property too. The only thing i would change is the air conditioner, its set at 74 and needs to be lowered to 68 or 70. It was very warm in the bedrooms. Overall would 10 out of 10 recommend. Nice and quiet

The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was reasonably close to Disney World and various shopping. The pool was used often, even though it seemed a little too warm for some. The house had a great layout and space for all 7 of us. The only issues we had were the beds and the family room couches. The beds were uncomfortable. I would have given 5 stars if the beds had been better. The family room couches felt dirty and had several holes with stuffing falling out. Overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our time there.

Great place!

The heated spa was perfection! Very large spa compared to other homes we rented. Five adults fit easy and after you turn on the jets it’s nice and hot in about 10 minutes. Rooms and bathrooms are in different sections of the house so lots of privacy for us and our grown children. Multiple doors out to the pool area including from the master bedroom and from one of the bathrooms for easy removal of wet clothing. Alarm was easy to use and made us feel safe. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Publix and Walmart for food or snacks. If you are looking to not be right at the parks with all the chaos but close enough to still get there in a reasonable drive this is a great location. We also drove to tampa one day and it was only about an hour and twenty minutes.Just a warning the master bathroom doesn’t have a door, there is a water closet door but when you shower it is wide open to the bedroom. Beds were comfortable but I hated all the pillows…but I’m very particular with pillows so they may be fine for everyone else. And seems like a lot of people park in the road so it can be tight driving in and out.Definitely will stay again if it’s available!

Great place to stay!!

Not in the middle of all the action but close by and quiet. This property was great and so was the management company that runs it. They are very quick with communication and accommodating in situations. The property provides nearly everything you need for your stay, just bring more paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) as they say in the rental agreement. If you come in January like we did you’ll be surrounded by orange groves, farmers markets and you pick farms. We loved it along with the ability to use the pool! Make note that the use of the pool comes at an additional price of what is listed. It’s isn’t much more but just something to be aware of. Thank you for a great place to stay in Florida!!

A Perfect and Beautiful Getaway!

This was one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in. From the booking, to check in, to check out, everything was smooth and the communication was wonderful. Mel checked in with us before we arrived, and checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well. There were a few glitches when we arrived that just took one call to the management company (who answered the phone each time) and it was taken care of immediately. The home was beautiful and had amazing personal touches throughout. There was a small, decorated Christmas tree that we loved. There were tea bags/cappuccino by the coffee pot as well as microwave popcorn. The pantry was stocked with spices, trash bags, and plastic wrap/foil. There was plenty of dishes and silverware for our group and the villa was exactly as described! There were 2 port-a-cribs in the closets, and there were 2 strollers in the garage for our use as well. The pool and spa tub were amazing and there were several beach towels provided as well. We had an amazing vacation and if we get back to this area next year, I will definitely book again!!
