Important Policies & Guest Information

Resort Fee:
A $15 + tax per person fee (for all guests age 5 and older) is required. This includes 2 parking passes per unit and wristbands for access to amenities.

* A pre-registration link will be emailed after booking
* All guests must register at least 3 days before arrival to ensure access
* Wristbands are only issued to registered guests within the unit's occupancy limit

Occupancy Limit:
Per Florida fire code and building policy, occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the limit may result in denied check-in without refund.

Parking:
Maximum of 2 vehicles. Each must display a Sterling Sands parking pass.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted at this rental.

Age Requirement:
Primary renter must be 25 years or older. No exceptions.

Entry Instructions:
Access is via an electronic lock (E-lock) with a unique code provided prior to arrival. Codes are reset after each guest’s stay.

Perfect for 4 of us.

It was just 4 of us, Husband, Wife and 2 kids. This place was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed being able to get tp the beach easily and they really enjoyed the pool. I will definitely stay at this property again. Staff was very helpful as well.

Perfect Location!

I always worry that the pictures are misleading but these pictures did this place justice! The location is perfect! Just a few steps from the beach or the beautiful pool area. The unit was clean and set up nicely. This is in a central location where you are close to everything, restaurants and attractions or Walmart and target! I would definitely stay here again or in another unit in this building!

This unit is comfortable, clean and bright. There is plenty of storage and the kitchen is well stocked. The view is amazing looking down at the heated pool and out at the beautiful water of the gulf (and possible dolphin, sandpipers or pelican.)

Great value and location

The condo sleeps 5 comfortably in beds. Had way more storage for groceries, toiletries and clothing than all we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with nice pans and utensils. I brought my own blender because it wasn’t mentioned in the amenities but it had one. It has a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator. Would stay there again!
