This unique home is an Earthship built by world-renowned architect, Michael Reynolds, and his crew. It's located in the beautiful Earthship-only "Greater World Subdivision"

Completed in 2021, this was the first of its kind; the "Unity" Earthship model, which incorporates an array of design elements from the early days of Earthships combined with the latest developments of the concept.

The space
The Unity Earthship is a two bed, two bath home and is completely off the grid. All of the home's electricity is produced by solar and wind. The home's water comes from filtered rainwater captured off the roof, and the home is heated and cooled by passive solar design. Water is recycled into indoor botanical cells that are a part of a living breathing system that creates a unique environment full of plants and fresh air. Despite these unique approaches to home design, the Unity Earthship provides all of the comforts and amenities of a high-end modern home, and more!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, two bedrooms, full kitchen, and a cozy living area with HD TV and fireplace.
Other things to note
Please by aware of power usage during cloudy weather or at night. When the sun is not out, the power relies on lithium batteries for power which can run out of juice if things are left on indefinitely. This home has a relatively robust and modern power system, but please ask before plugging in your own appliances and shut off lights and appliances when not in use, especially when there is limited sun.
