Charming free standing Casita in Taos, NM

Our Casita is an inviting vacation rental located in Taos, New Mexico. The two bedroom, two bath house offers breathtaking views of sunsets off the back portal, and east views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. We provide our guests with the utmost comfort by supplying them with organic sheets, towels, mattresses and bed pillows. We also use non-toxic cleaning products and provide non-toxic soaps. The kitchen is appointed with fiesta ware, stainless cookware & a non-toxic non-stick frying pan. Mexican glassware and more.

The house is conveniently located approximately 4 miles from the Taos Plaza and Taos Country Club golf course, making it the perfect location for a getaway. We are also located 22 miles from the Taos Ski Valley. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the area, our Casita is the perfect home away from home.

Wonderful stay here in Taos, the host was fantastic and easy to communicate with. She left us coffee and went out of her way to also leave us creamer! Amenities were great, comfortable bedding, plenty of towels and kitchen items to cook with! We would stay here agin.

This house was perfect for my weeklong stay in Taos. It was clean and quiet and well-appointed with everything I needed and town is just a short drive away for visiting all that Taos has to offer. Katy was super responsive and helpful and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with old friends in this lovely Casita. Beautifully decorated and very cozy and accommodating. The bed was super comfy, and the Casita was stocked with everything you could ever need. The yard was great for those with pets. Enjoyed the Fall colors and the local vibe. Would highly recommended this charming home.

Great host!House was very clean. Plenty of towels and nice bedding. The BBQ grill had plenty of propane and worked like a champ! We had guests visit during our stay and the living and dining arwas were very comfortable for the 5 of us.Pet friendly with a big secure back yard.Beautiful decor. It's in Ranchos, so it's kind of out of the way, but not far from town. The tranquility makes up for any so called convenient location.I'd book it again if I went back!Thanks!

The casita is such a dreamy, desert stay. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the back patio. It’s beautifully decorated as well. We appreciated the use of all non-toxic soaps and cleaning products.

We loved our stay at Katy’s! The house makes great use of the space and the location was convenient and easy to find. Katy was communicative and even let us know we could arrive early, which I really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if heading to Taos.

We had such an amazing stay in this wonderful, little Casita. It is a true Taos Jem! Katy was a fabulous host and available for all of our questions and needs. Driving the small backgrounds to the Taos Plaza gives you an authentic experience and takes you back in time. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

A Perfect Place to Stay In Taos

We were so very pleased with our stay at this adorable home. Very comfortable! The beds were especially comfy. We had everything we needed. And the house was so beautifully designed and decorated. We often sat on the back porch to watch the sunsets in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with Katy, the owner, was warm, welcoming and informative. We highly recommend!

Gem of a rental!

This is a great rental! So much character! Great location with proximity to downtown and skiing in Sipapu. Close to the Gorge. We had an amazing stay here and can’t wait to come back! Host was easy to access for communication and replied so quickly. Everything about this was wonderful!

Ski extravaganza

Property is beautiful with outstanding view of mountains along with exceptional sunrises. The back porch is the bomb for BBQ and sunsets.Thanks for sharing with us. Skiing was Outstanding for a couple of old Texans who have skied Taos for 45 Years. Thanks for such a great place.
